Laser Eye Center helped me get rid of my heavy glasses. Everyone was really nice and helped me with anything I needed. They made me feel safe before going under surgery.

LASIK may be cosmetic, but it has a big impact. I had mine done here a few weeks ago now. The staff I dealt with were helpful. My surgery itself went good. Now my vision is blur free! Awesome.

Service is okay, I felt like another person there to get LASIK. The surgery day went better, and smoothly than my consultation. I would probably recommend them.

As an aerobics instructor Im bouncing around all the time and my glasses slip. Yeah there are contacts but they irritate my eyes too much. So I end up forgoing my glasses during class which doesn't help my students who are struggling.

Ive desperately wanted LASIK since I was 12. I was teased as a kid for my thick eye glasses and as soon as I found out it could be fixed with LASIK Ive wanted to get it done. My parents decided when I turned 17 that if I could save up

I was fine with my glasses. They did the job, but they are expensive. My eyes seem to have gotten worse the past few years, so I had to get new glasses each year. I figured out that the cost of the eye exams plus glasses these past years added up to wayyyy too much. Pretty much the cost of LASIK at Laser Eye Center. So I decided to save myself some money and get it done. Now I can see like a hawk! And my bank account will be happier in the long run for it.

I am very math oriented; finances are a breeze for me. I allocate my money to different budgets and spend carefully. The past few years I??ve been tucking money into a LASIK budget. Laser Eye Center had a deal that I decided to take advantage of, saving myself money is always a great thing. I also got the added benefit to clear vision which as anyone with glasses knows, is the best gift you can give yourself.

Laser Eye Center gives free consultations so you can ??see? if you??re a good candidate for surgery. They are the top dog in the area for a reason. Excellent quality service along with amazing results! The exams to test your candidacy are painless vision exams. Ask all the questions you want and you should be convinced and ready for your surgery! Mine was a week ago and incredibly I can see without restrictions. It??s an awesome feeling that you can have too!

I was one of those toddlers with the teeny tiny glasses. I've had bad vision since I've been born-- bad genes from my mom I guess. While I looked adorable in mini glasses I would have given anything to be without them. I wasn't teased

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Laser Eye Center.

They have a network of consulting offices through LA, where a client can go for the initial consultations. Based on that, one selects a type of surgery. This is a sliding scale of price and quality. I chose the most expensive option, which was around $3400 for both eyes. They deferred my surgery date to take advantage of my employer's Flex Spending Account. If you have a similar option, i would encourage you to do so, but start the process with LEC (or your provider) in October, to give you plenty of time to get through the process.

Obviously, the day of the surgery is a long day. The surgeon spent about fifteen minutes with a group of ten of us, answering questions and doing last-second evaluations. Very efficient, but he was an excellent, relational guy. Far better than the doctors i see at Kaiser. I was one of the last to go from the morning group, so as i sat in the chair, a bit doped up, the nurses even took pity on me and gave me lunch from their pizza delivery. That's an excellent sign of a class organization- a staff that's concerned about clients from top to bottom. That's the closest thing I have to a complaint from the entire experience.

The follow-up visits were fine. They accommodated my busy weekends by scheduling me for 8 AM on Saturdays. They tracked the healing process and continuously evaluated my vision. I stabilized at 20/30 or so, and can drive, swim, etc., without glasses or contacts. I do have dry eyes in the morning, but they go away naturally or with the assistance of over-the-counter eyedrops.

I ended up spending another $120 on prescription medication (eye drops) and accessories (more eye drops) above and beyond what LEC charged me.

The odd thing about businesses like this is that you feel a bit like you're going through a machine. Different optimetrists, nurses, and receptionists each time.

PROS: Relatively inexpensive, excellent doctor, good followup.
CONS: Not a huge amount of time with the surgeon.

I decided to have laser eye sergery not to long ago. I researched different places on the internet and decided to go with the Laser Eye Center because they seemed like the most experienced and inexpensive. I had my consultation and they made me feel so comfortable. When I set up my surgery date, they went over everything that I was supposed to do prior to the surgery and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. The day of surgery I was nervous but they went over everything with me again and calmed me down. The doctor was very nice and informative. During the surgery he told me everything he was going to do before he did it. Now that it is over and I have recovered, I am extremely happy with my results. I have recommend the Laser Eye Center to a friend and she has also done it.
