I have one experience that required 2 visits afterward to fix their work NOTE: a Senior plumbing was supervising a new Trainee who performed the work-, after replacing a tub spout they left and by evening I had continous leaky tub spout, 2nd Visit -after Bob defiantly explained it's not our fault-fixed leak and charged me for new Cartridge. 3rd visit they had to re-do the cartridge because it was installed Reversed. After doing some research and talking to Ace Harware Manager of Plumbing in Huntington Beach I found out C& R is notorious for charging very high prices. They recommended Manny's Plumbing In Huntington Beach.
My Mother had a problem with C& R where they also sent out a new guy it took 5 hours to replace a faucet in a bathroom and 2 visits. Didn't have tools, then didn't have part.
Advice: get three estimates before letting any plumber proceed. Even if you can't use your shower for days. Christine. 9/3/2009
When my kitchen sink broke and water spilling out everywhere, I called C & R Plumbing Company. They came to my rescue and replace sink faucet. For $70, they stop the leak and replace the faucet. They within 20 minutes from my initial call and I was really happy that they did a great job. The faucet never give me any problem ever since. I recommend C & R Plumbing Company to most of my friends.
