The Best Western Escondido Hotel is in need of an update, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and they allowed us to leave the wedding cake in their large industrial refrigerator. It save the day. They also provide free internet which is important to us. We stay there whenever we are in town.

Time has not been kind to this motel. The staff was nice and it was freeway close. I was in town to visit relatives. I checked out after one night of my intended three night stay, as the beds were old and uncomfortable, the carpets throughout the place were very dirty, and the motel smelled like smoke.
