I was nervous going to this dental office after reading the reviews,however the staff was very friendly to me and i was only charged my co pays!. The manager really worked hard to make sure that i was comfortable. thank you dr jones for being gentle.

There is something very wrong going on at this dental office. They charged my credit card three times on my first visit and then they ran out of the medication to finish my son's treatment. I was told and received a receipt saying my bill was paid in full. When I returned the following week for my son to finish his treatment I was told that they were going to charge me an additional 200.00 dollars to finish the treatment. This is on top of the 495.00 that I had already paid them the previous week (in addition to having dental insurance). If you plan on leaving this office for another opinion they will charge you 50.00 for each set of your x-rays.

This place is horrible. Unfortunately I did not know and had work done here, the whole evolution was a nightmare. I had a crown done and the dental assistant had no clue what she was doing when she made the temporary crown and I had to come back 3 times to have it put back on!!! Since then they have changed staff twice. The new dentist is straight from mexico and I assume she had all of her training there, then took test here and somehow passed. If you want Spanish speaking doctors who had their training in a third world country, this is the place for you, if not....look elsewhere

I've spent lots of money at this office since January '07, even taking out a loan to do so. However, due to the constant change of personnel, (both doctors AND staff) the work this office started was never satisfactorily completed. Now they're not honoring the completion of the work, without additional costs. I'm reporting them to the American Dental Association as well as my insurance company.

I used to go here on a regular basis, but things have gotten dirtier, people not as polite, and the wait longer. Making appointments is a pain. Overall, not a great experience.

My wife had an appointment with them this morning for a simple 6 month teeth cleaning. They spent two hours doing nothing but giving her an upsell for unneccessary dental work... and never did the cleaning! They are awful, slimy, used car salesmen types.

This dentist is unscrupulous and disingenuous. They quote one price, do the procedure, and then charge another. They are more concerned about upselling their products than dental care -- you have to wonder how medically sound their diagnoses are.
