Great Appetizers, Mixed Drinks, On Tap Beer Selection  4 Star Rating - Very good

I had the ravioli and humus appetizers, both were amazing. Nice place. Ample Booth and bar seating. Fun jukebox selections. The bar tenders are casual and fun. Great place to stop in for a snack and drink or to settle in for a long conversation.

The owners of the new Eagle Rock wine bar, Colorodo Wine Co, told us about The Wild Hare. It is adjacent to Eagle Rock and close to Occidental College, between Ave. 50 and 51 on the south side of York Blvd. Though I am not a beer fan myself they appeared to have, from what I understand, a nice selection of beer and belgian ales on tap. The wine list was a nice surprise. The have a variety of bar snacks and dessert available too. I recommend parking on Ave. 50 if you can't find a spot on York.

PROS: Good food, not too crowded
CONS: Parking - there isn't any
