We have purchased close $2000 in medical attention from VCA and lost cat under their care this year and when home only 3 weeks from having part of her tail cut off our kitten gets sick . Then say if we want their Vets to check her. We can not make two payments and if unable We should find a new vet. They are over charging. The amount$ they now charge compared to care for both our family members (animals) and us is terrible. No,I will not refer anyone anymore and am telling the ones I did not too. Tip Ask more than two questions to the staff or say no to 1 test they say needs to be done and find out just how bad they can be

I have had great experiences here. They have gone out of their way to make my dogs happy and healthy. Ive gotten more calls than expected on the status of my pet. I am shocked to hear any bad review here. Must have been an odd circumstance.

I have been a client of VCA animal hospital for about 3 years. My pets and I have always been received with the utmost warmth and concern. Staff greet my dogs by name and vets always listen intently. My vet in particular, Dr. Kaye, has successfully treated my dogs for ailments that other vets in other clinics were unable to control, specifically skin and gastrointestinal problems. Dr. Kaye, patiently listens to her clients and then offers recommendations based on their feedback. I feel lucky to have found such a caring and knowledgeable vet to treat my two four-legged best friends.

I waited for an entire 10 minutes before the staff looked up to acknowledge my arrival for my appointment for my cat-- They were too busy gossiping and twirling their hair behind the desk.\n\nThe staff dynamic seemed so incredibly toxic as their demeanors only emitted immaturity and incompetency.\n\nTo make it worse, I later found out one of them was the actual manager.\n\nI was appalled by the lack of professional courtesy, consideration and overall quality of staff-- everyone from the manager to the technitions demonstrated poor quality care.\n\nThe doctor did not have the patience to answer all the questions I had and seemed pressed to get to the next appointment.\n\nI would NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone who cares for there pets as much as I do. Save yourself the time and money and find a better pet hospital that will actually provide quality customer support.

Honestly I have never been treated so rudely by not just one, but all three of the front desk staff at this vca. The doctors are nice and seem like they truly care, but because of the complete bitchiness of those women, I never want to take my kittens there again. Do yourself a favor and find a different animal hospital!

Pros: Vets were nice

Cons: BAD vibes in office, small parking lot, rudeness rudness rudness

This place is so unprofessional and unorganized! My cat desperately needed an endoscopy procedure but their equipment was broken. They kept promising they were going to get it fixed but finally advised me to find another vet who had properly working equipment. In the meantime they kept selling me expensive medications and offered to do other procedures in lieu of the endoscopy to try to diagnose my cat. Fortunately I did not listen to them and found a great vet, with equipment that worked! Turns out my cat has cancer and is now doing well with treatment from the new vet. I would pass on this place if I were you! My cat could have started his treatment months earlier if they did not give me the runaround on the endoscopy equipment. Front desk staff are unfriendly!

The customer service at this place is a reflection of the substandard manager skills.\r\nI would never bring my pets here again because you can tell the staff is so unhappy and poorly treated that they have no reason to treat your pets well. Be very careful when choosing a vet especially when you love your pets as much as I do.
