Stevens Creek Toyota

I bought a new Camry form Stevens Creek Toyota a a couple of months ago and had a great experience. The dealership made it very easy for me to finance and answered all my questions. The salesman that helped me knew a lot about the car and was very helpful in every way. I have since been back to the service department and had an awesome experience there as well. The dealership has a really nice customer lounge and wireless internet which was so great because It allowed me to get some work done while my car was getting its check up. It was very obvious to me that this dealership is committed to providing their customers with a good experience and helping them get the car they need. I didn't get the feeling that I was just talking to greedy salesman, like I have at other dealerships.

This is just a normal dealership. They are in a crowd area and have quite a lot of walk in customers, thus normally, they don't do really well with the price. If you are an savy car buyer, and want to buy a Toyota at below invoice, I would recommend going to some further, less crowd dealership.
I hate this dealership's service department thou. If you have some problems with the car when it's still under warranty, they will give you all the crap, trying to make you bring the car to some other dealership.

I walked out of this dealership the last time I visited, as a salesman played the old "bait and switch" number on me when negotiating a new car. They were young, pushy, and unprofessional in their approach. I also have found the service department to overcharge, and try to tell us that things needed replaced that we later found didn't when we took the car to another facility. I wouldn't go here again, at all.
