            Sorry Ernesta, but who would take their Apple to get repaired at a Staples anyway? Or at any PC place for that matter? It's like taking a mink coat to a shoe repair.

            You have Apple stores with free genius bars to diagnose and tech support all around within 10-15 minutes' distance from that Staples store, and toll free by phone 24/7, with shipping covered if it has to check in. Apple services Apple, and their service is impeccable.

            What's the world coming to?

            (Or maybe your Apple is stolen and you don't want to risk them detecting it, but don't take it out on Staples.)

            That said, my two cents to Staples:

            Train your employees better AND pay them better, considering your white glove prices. They are nice enough, but they are like the walking dead. Never have I been able to get help over the years beyond getting lazily pointed in the general direction of an aisle or having them disappear for ten minutes only to come back to tell me they don't have it, they don't know where to get it, or I have to go online. About what my own brain would have told me ten minutes earlier. Any question beyond grade one complexity gets the manager paged out of the catacombs, about 20 minutes later. This epidemic is not just store-specific, but chain-wide and chronic - brand-named! And believe me, you have lost MAJOR sales over this.

            Get a more solutions-oriented staff, Staples, and get your shelf stocking sorted out. Give your customers true service value for their money and get that morale up with your own employees!

            I took my Apple to Staples at Wilshire Oct. 5th 2008 (WE REPAIR!!! it said everywhere) and was told by the person in ""easy tech"" that I was going to have it back in a few business days. Of course I needed this for my work and needed it back very fast. After calling about 4 times the computer came back 1 month later. Home again it turned out it was still broken and what they did- replace the mother board --was totally unnecessary and just wrong. The computer was brought back to Staples. I finally did a call that I could pick it up again December 22nd. What computer could you possibly still use after it was gone over 2 months?

            This Staples store has parking underneath (enter on the side) and has a good selection of most products, especially toner. The staff are pretty helpful, too.
