I like to shop here for fashion jewelry, watches and sometimes I will buy some shoes here but not too often. When I purchase a pair of shoes for $200.00 and up I except service and it better be good service. I don't always get that at Macy's

Interesting place, but can be crowded. The cusomer service is not always great, but defiantley a worthwhile store to look into. The place is large, but a little cluttered.

This Macy's has a great selection and many fabulous items. The prices can be on the high side and the service is not always the best. It is in a great location.

Macy's in Walnut Creek is in an excellent location with plenty of parking and has a decent selection for the relatively small size of the store. Customer service, however is almost non-existent.
