I know that no one will probabaly care about this letter; however, I felt compelled to write it anyway. On December 24, 2010 I was attempting to buy a cell phone from your store (Gardena, CA). A girl named Tiera was helping my friend and I. She was looking for the best deal possible, which was great, but then she simply walked away and another store clerk began to use the computer Tiera was using to help another customer; Leaving my friend and I standing there. Then Tiera began to helping another costumer, and when I asked what was going on, Tiera's attitude suddenly turned foul. AND I MEAN SHE GOT VERY FUNKY. Ms. Tiera said and I quote, "I'm muti-tasking and you see that computer is down" pointing at the computer her co-worker was using before she came over to use the one Tiera was using.
First of all, how could I possibly see that the computer was down? I was on the opposite side of the counter, and could not see the computer screens. And what gives Tiera the right to speak to me that way.
Secondly, why stop helping one customer to help another? And if helping us was going to take more time, Tiera could have said something to the effect of, "The other computer went down. I'm going to let her ring this man up, and I be right with you." At least we would have known what was happening, but no, that was too much to ask I guess.
Thirdly, Tiera's attitude was simply horrible when I said hello I thought you were helping us. I guess we were supposed to just stand there and allow other customers to be waited on even though we were there first. My friend and I did not deserve to be treated so rudely.
Obviously I took my business elsewhere, and I will continue to do so and suggest that friends and family do the same.
