I am happy at my step for a healthy lifestyle. I had been needing a change something I can belong to and enjoy that will help me physically and mentally. I'm still new at this but every class I achieve more and more. At first my body was very sore and now I am really enjoying the poses.

The classes have greatly improved my health and mental health as well. Two years ago I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Rheumatoid Arthritis and the doctors told me to expect being in a wheelchair within five years. Three weeks ago I raced to Catalina from Newport Beach and took first in our age division, even beating LA's Junior women's Lifeguards. Through exercise and Bikram yoga, which keeps me flexible while improving my mental and physical state. I am a true example that we can overcome many of our physical challenges with the power of a good diet, healthy thinking, exercise and Bikram Yoga

I thoroughly enjoy the instructors. They are competent, friendly and enthusiastic. I ALWAYS feel invigorated after the class (once my body regains its temperature and I get a bit of protein in me).

Yoga keeps my mental and physical body in balance with my stressful lifestyle. I highly recommend the practice to all I know and meet. I cannot imagine not practicing on a regular basis. It keeps you more flexible, youthful and happy.

I tell all my patients about Bikram and recommend your studio to everyone I know. I am in the process of bringing all my friends and family one at a time to experience yoga at Bikram Oceanside. I love it. Locker room is so helpful when I need to run to work.

I am just returning to Bikram after a long break. I like both studios and the instructors. I have a lot of work to do and feel supported and respected. Bikram saved my life before and I know what the practice can do.

The venue is not bad and actually given it's location really close to my house I like it. I have heard complaints about the heater being too moisy but it has not bothered me. Most of the complaints were from the instructor and there is where my bad rating comes. I have had 2 different instructors there. Neiterh left me with a feeling of piece. The first was super whiney. After class Monday she was outside talking about quitting because the palce was too negative. It is mainly because of her. Today the instructor enraged me. This stuck up women scolded me for drinking water during class? And then when i decided I needed to leave because i needed to drink water before passing out she scolded again. Several people had already left, I was not the first and her attitude and scolding were far more distracting to anyone than me drinking water or leaving. I left furious and as soon as I use my 5 punches will never go back. I have been doing various yogas for years elsewhere. This place needs to hire some yoga instructors who knwo what they are trying to achieve. Help the class let go and improve their practice not snob out and adhere to some ridiculous rule.

I have a chronic pain disorder called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, that resulted in over 30 operations, an implanted morphine pump for pain management and walking only with the use of crutches for almost 15 years. When I started Bikram Yoga, I was on a new journey of self participation in my health and pain program. The heated yoga helps relax aching muscles and allows me to practice yoga at my own pace. Today, I have lost over 250 pounds, had the morphine pump removed and ride my Harley-Davidson to Yoga! I can only speak for what Bikram Yoga has done for me. The support of the wonderful teachers at Bikram Yoga in Oceanside has helped me reach a new level of life.

Pros: Lots of parking, showers and locker rooms, and Great teachers.

Bikram yoga is an interesting style developed and practically trademarked by a practitioner in L.A. The studio is fairly commercialized due to this, but does offer a unique experience and excellent workout.
