For my taste, this spot is ok. I prefer the other Celia's in San Mateo. The service here can be a little slow at times, but for the most part everyone is really polite, and the food is a B-.
The bar area can get pretty packed when games are on...
I usually order the Tostada Salad, but the ground beef was REALLY greasy! It turned the tortilla shell mushy.. it wasn't that great, even with Tapatio. Their enchiladas are great tho, I've never had a problem with those.
P.S. the margaritas and the bean and cheese dip get an A!!
