At around 10:45 pm on a Friday April 10, 2009. Me and my girlfriend decided to go pump air in her brand new 2009 civic coupe. For some reason unknown, the air pressure was low. So, we decided to go to get gas because, it was free air for customers at every gas station by law. When we got to this Mobile gas station, I told my girlfriend to ask the gas attendant if air was free if we purchased gas. This old man said yes. After putting in about $10 gas, we headed towards the air pump where it was not turned on. I asked my girlfriend to go ask the attendant to turn it on, which he did. I then started to pump air into both front tires and then the air stopped after the first time. So, then I asked my girlfriend to go tell the attendant to turn on air again. My girlfriend came back and told me that we have used it twice already and that there is only 2 times per a gas purchase. So, I would need to put in some money if I needed more air. I then went to the gas attendant and complained that we only got air once and that he needed to give it to us one more time. He then told me that he gave air to me twice. Now, how can he have given me air twice when I only pushed the button one and was only able to fill up the 2 front tires. Normally, I would be able to fill up 4 tires if there was air given 2 times. I then told him that I would file a complain (which I did) with the CDFA.CA.GOV because by law they are suppose to provide free air to customers, and it doesn't and shouldn't matter how many times people need the air. The story to take home here is that the gas station attendant at this gas station is ignorant to provide something that nearly cost them next to nothing (air) to customers who need it. I mean we didn't really needed any air and it wasn't like our tires were flat. But still, given our situation that we have complied with the laws and purchased gas but was still denied air was simply ignorance on the gas station attendants part. I asked for the old mans name and he wrote it down in a piece of paper and gave it to me to file a complaint. I don't want to post his race/ethnicity and name here because I am currently bring about a law suit to sue his ass and the company he works with. A simple 75 cents for air will cost him and his company (Mobile) upwards about $$$ when me and my lawyers are through.

The advertised price on the window ($15.95 most cars) is just a lure to get you in the door! I came here to get an oil change and asked the mechanic what it would cost. First, he asked me what year the car was, and I told him 2003. He said it would be $19.95 "cuz the oil is different for that car." A Honda Civic?!? It doesn't matter if you use 5-30 or 10-40. I told him I wanted the oil that was used in the ad (10-40). He said that my car was "too new" and that the $15.95 oil change only applied to cars that were older than 2000. I walked away.
The shop owner is a thief, and will prey on you especially if you don't know that much about cars! If he tried to rob me blindly for an oil change, I'd be scared to have ANYTHING else worked on. BEWARE!!! I am planning to complain to Mobil.

I always go here to pump my gas at night and i always use THE automated machine so i wont have to go in and talk to or see the witch of a cashier. When i use to go in she is always giving me attitude. Gas is cheap there but DON'T pay inside.
