Fair prices, top quality work. Thats how I would summarize Laptops Plus in Kearny Mesa. These people are awesome, ive been a long time loyal customer, and ive never been unsatisfied with work done by laptops plus. they take great pride in every repair they do, no matter how old or beatup a computer or laptop is. Every computer ive brought to them has left WORKING, everytime.

Very professional service and fair prices.
I have been a loyal customer for years as this company is honest, ethical, and highly competent.

When any of my companies computers go down, my Real Estate Brokerage needs a fast and complete computer repair solution done right the first time, every time.

LAPTOPS PLUS is that "one stop" 100% solution.

I also purchase all the company computers from LAPTOPS PLUS because of the the valuable service they provide to local community and the excellent support services they provide to me as a customer.

Frequently people are very upset with their computer
problems and take it out on the repair facillities, not realizing that a good computer repair facillity is very hard to find, and LAPTOPS PLUS is one of the "GOOD GUYS" there to correct and repair the problems for their valued customers.

On a recent visit my primary NOTEBOOK computer was
having major problems, and I was ready to give it the 20lb sledge hammer (no joke). After a visit to LAPTOPS PLUS, my computer was refreshed like brand new again for under $200.00, which saved me $1,600+ for a replacement system.

I am going to buy a brand new SONY VAIO from LAPTOPS PLUS next month as I know they support their systems with superior service and customer satisfacion and have taken care of all my computer repair and purchase needs for years now.

I was totally happy with the service i got at Laptops Plus Kearny Mesa. They were so courteous and helpful when i brought my laptop in for service. And they didn't laugh at me when i admitted that the problem was because I spilled wine on it!! They even gave me a discount because i told them i was referred by Best Buy in Mission Vallley. They didn't charge nearly as much as I expected, and fixed the machine a lot sooner than I expected. I would only use laptops plus Kearny Mesa for pc repairs. can you guys fix my camcorder now??

Laptops Plus in Clairemont fixed my broken HP laptop by fixing a transistor on the motherboard. They fixed my laptop in two days!!! I would definately go back. Laptops Plus was half the price of all the other places I called.

I had never heard of Laptops Plus, but I was referred to them by Computer Geeks after going to a few places to get my Macbook screen fixed. Everyone else said that the problem was the screen or the motherboard, but Laptops Plus said it was neither, it was actually the little thing that goes between the motherboard and the screen. They fixed it in 1 hour and charged me $237.00 total, which I thought was a great deal. I was ready to spend $600 and wait three weeks!

Laptops plus is the place to go if you ever have problems with your laptop. You can tell all the workers have been in the business for a while by their knowledge and experience. They will repare, replace and inform you with whats best for your laptop. They also offer a decent selection of laptops, probably not as much as the big chains but usually cheaper.

This store has a nice collection of laptops that you can choose from. The store is right in the corner so they got pretty big space to display their products.

It is not as big as Best Buy but this one gives you better price in some collection.

I had a laptop that needed a new dvd drive. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and explained to me what needed to be done, and how long it would take. The service department is first class. If they needed any information they would call and also they have a fast turn around.

I bought a laptop from them and they were very knowledgable. They were able to recommend the best laptop for my needs. Their prices were great and their customer service is very impressing. if anthing does happen to go wrong with the laptop, then will do the best that they can to help you have the solution to your problem.
