Will never go back here. Massage was awful... complained to management after spending 200.00 there... and they offered NO solution or compensation. The girl who did the massage barely spoke english so communication was awful. Do yourself a favor... DONT bother with this place!
This place is easy to miss since they are located in a business building. But once you enter the building you can immediately smell the spa fragrance. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful as to the different services they had when I purchased a spa gift certificate.
I have been going to Molly for eyebrow waxing for almost 4 years now. I won't go to anyone else. She does a great job and really takes her time. Believe it or not, it is actually a very relaxing experience. You can also enjoy the steam room, sanua, and chilled lemon water or tea before or after the appointment. Enjoy!
So I bought a deep tissue swedish massage as a birthday gift for a boyfriend and it was a great idea. The Pleasanton Spa has a great warm decor with an upscale touch. I waited in a comfortable and stylish waiting room. Everything about the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff was very nice. I cannot wait to go back for myself for a spa day. My boyfriend loved the massage and its a great idea for a special someone!

Great experience. Wonderful staff and the atmosphere was very relaxing. My facial was the best, my esthetican was extremely knowledgable, and was gave me some great tips that I can use at home. Would recommend any service, and can't wait to go back!

This was the biggest waste of $90 that I've ever gotten. I arrived a bit early thinking that they would ask me to fill out a questionaire of what I was looking for in skin treatment, my past history, current productions using--- NOTHING of the sort. The esthetician was very cold and unfriendly. Never once asked me if I was comfortable or if the temperature in the room was okay. Then I got my facial--- not very good at all. I have paid for less and gotten much better. The esthetician also left the room for about 15 minutes while my skin was being treated-- somewhat common but she left for way too long and I didn't receive any "customization" during my facial. It was probably just a standard procedure. When I left, no one asked me if I wanted to schedule another appointment or offered any products to buy. I can't believe that if a spa wants to charge $90 that they would offer such horrendous service.
