I have tried to purchse items from this company both and both time have waited months for a resolution. The first time we tried to purchase some lug nug covers for our motor home. It took 4 trys and 2 months. They did finally come up with the correct parts.\r\n\r\nThe second one which is the reason I am writing this review was a disaster. We took our new motor home to them back in early March. It had a air conditioner that did not work. They took the part numbers and said they would contact the manufactuer and order the necessary parts. I callled back two weeks later and they still had not gotten in touch with the manufacture when asked how many times they had tried I was told twice. So I started calling each week and that moved them a little then they wanted the motorhome back again to get more part numbers. They had the serial number how hard can it be to find the part number. So we took it back again and said by the way we are also having issues with the awning and the backup camera. They said they would look at it when we brought it in. So we took it down there on a Saturday and no one that was supposed to be there to get the information was. The lady there was nice enough took what she thought was the information needed and I called them on Monday. When I called I was told they had the information and they would look at ordering the parts. I called again a week later and the air conditioner was finally on the way but they had done nothing with the two other issues. We finally took the motor home up to get just the air conditioner taken care of and the child that was helping us hid behind someone at the counter would not make eye contact and the whole time we were in the office we felt like they just wanted us to go away. Needless to say no awning parts were ordered and no backup camera parts either. They did get the airconditioner fixed but our motorhome had scuff marks on the roof and overspray paint on it. I would never take anything you care about or need fixed in any time frame to this business. If I could give them negitive stars I would.

Cons: No Customer Service

I ordered a part from Napa Valley RV and Marine. The part came in and I drove from Richmond, CA to Napa, CA for the part I ordered. Got to the parts store and noticed a few boats out-side for sale, So I take a look. Immediately I wa approached by the little guy driving the forklift putting away the boats for the evening. He asked me what do I need and I stated, ""Just picking up a part I ordered"". He directed me to the front door and went through the back door and stood at the end of the service counter looking at me and my Girlfriend while I purchased the part. I felt like expressing myself, but held my tongue and purchased my part and we left. As soon as we got outside he resumed his duties. \r\n\r\nHe did not approach the 2 WHITE gentleman that went in the establishment nor did he return inside the establishment to check them out! Seeing that I'm a BLACKMAN I guess I should expect this treatment. I will NEVER go, purchase nor recommend this place for anyone rather they be WHITE, BLACK, GREEN or any other color in the spectrum!!!!!! \r\n\r\n The lady at the counter was nice with the tatoo's! Being a Blackman sure has it's disadvantages in NAPA RV and MARINE! Prejudice is old and outdated! Next time little forklift guy be a BIG MAN and just express yourself!
