Tried to sell me brake job I didn't need until 8 months later along with new tires and alignment when I took in for oil change. Very rude on phone when I declined services. Put worst tires on front for me to pickup when most mechanics put best on front. Found out later that bolt that is only loosened for alignments and would not loosen on its own was loosened - I presume by this place.

Took my car in this morning with a flat and they took exceptional care of me--they repaired the flat in about an hour and since I only work a block away they also delivered my car back to me! Thanks, Jared (the manager), for the great service!

My husband took our car in and was told that we needed this huge brake job instead of just changing the brake pads, turning the brakes and adjusting them. He went to another place to get a second opinion and they told him that the car just needed a regular brake job -- nothing major - all looked fine and explained why as the mechinic showed my husband the brakes.
But, one time I went in and was told on the phone I could get my tires rotated -- got there and there was no mechinic on duty. The manager had sent them to lunch. "Come back in 45 minutes."
I was not happy to say the least, but I get a free rotate because I purchased my tires there.
I came back and the manager gave me a free oli change with my rotate to make up the inconvenience.
PROS: Made amends once
CONS: Try to sell a job not need on the car
