In Motion Fitness Childcare

I have been going to this Gym for about 10 years now and it continues to amaze me!!!! Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable the facility is well maintained and kept. They literally have staff that work round the clock doing maintenace and housekeeping! The gym is diverse as well, for people of all ages and abilities! They recently added a personal training studio that has new state of the art equiptment and you can take classes there for a small additional monthly fee. My husband and I both take them and it is well worth it! It is Amost like having personal training for way less the price! The class I take is with Elyse tues and Thurs it is called Kettle, Pedal and Pump. I am an active person and we use equiptment that I have never used before or was too intimidated to use. I look forward to this class so much and have already noticed a difference in my body! She switches the exercises up weekly so its not monotenous and it is really fun! Well worth the extra money because you won't get a workout like this anywhere else. Plus she will modify the exercises for you if you need.Trust me you don't get this in other classes. I think you can try out a class for free and see if its something your into! You should try it at least once.

In Motion Fitness is Chico's premier fitness club. The club has all the top-of-the-line work-out equiptment and most trendy excersize classes. The club is beautiful, clean and caters to men and woman. This club has everything you could ever need to become fit! They also have a great deal of events for members of In Motion which are a blast.

PROS: Beautiful!
CONS: Pricey.
