Wow Joe B. you aren't even trying to disguise that you are one of the salesmen. I thought the comments from Youchay were pretty nice, but your coments made Pearson Kia sound bad, since a salesman has to get on and try and defend himself from comments that realy werent vendictive or bad in any sort of way.

The comment above about car sales lying. As we say "buyers are liars". Sounds like you got caught up in your own crap. No one sold you the car, you bought it and some one was there to help you with the process. As for the service, anyone can shortcut the repair and charge you less. Get a clue. If you can't afford a car, don't blame the car sales department. I found Pearson Ford to be straight forward and all info given was consistent with the research.

The employees of Pearson Ford are the stereotypical car salesmen. Sometimes they may lie, sometimes they may tell the truth but their number one goal like all car salespeople is to get you to buy that car. They, however, are very nice and warm cars salespeople, but you just never know about their true intentions. They offer a wide variety of new Fords as well as a used car department. They also have a car repair shop, but they usually overcharge and other repair shops should be used instead. Their prices for the new Fords are typical but with the used cars the price is usually very negoitable. A little persuasion and the threat of walking out is usually enough for them to lower the price by a lot. But be warned, they are prone to say one thing and do another
