Vons

During my visit with my daughter during the holidays, we often found ourselves like most people running to the store for that one thing we forgot to buy. I was extremely happy with the sales and the cost of the turkey (less than $15 bux for a 12 pound turkey) not to mention the buy 1 get one freebies that most grocery stores no longer honor except for Safeway up in my neighborhood. Since we were in a rush - the employees there were so nice, friendly and above all "respectable" they helped us find what we needed and we were out in 20 minutes. THANK YOU to the EMPLOYEES & VONS for making my visit to Pasadena and shopping experience - sweeeeet and can't wait to get back!! ~ NoR415~

The particular did a huge turn-around after the strike. Employees are now extremely friendly and courteous from the people at the checkout counters to the people unpacking fruits and vegetables. Glad that they're open later into the night as it's convenient for me to drop by after working late. Item selection is good, haven't had a problem finding particular brands, etc.

This is a great supermarket. It's directly next to a Paviions, but Vons is usually more inexpensive than Pavilions. It's not the largest Vons in the area, but it definitely has a large selection of foods, wine, fruits, and vegetables. Plus, it is open later than Pavilions, if you need to make a supermarket run after 9PM.

This is the market location I usually shop at. I've found the service to be very helpful...someone is usually there to say hello and ask me if I need any help. While you end up standing in some long lines along the way, for the most part I get in andout quickly. The store is set up in a way that makes sense to me. It's very clean and I've usually been able to find most everything I need here for groceries.

Really this is your standard Vons shopping experience. Lots of choices in every possible catagory. Some like that, I find my head spinning after about three isles. However, it is a great place to get the few items that you just can't find at Trader Joes. Gotta love the Von's Club too...who doesn't love a great deal?

I go to this store mainly because of the friendly staff. The produce is pretty amazing as well. I like that I can sample any produce before purchasing it...I cant stand getting sour oranges!

Everyone is soo friendly at this store. I like that you can sample any fruit or vegetable. Such a wide variety and everything is really fresh!
