I called to make an appointment to replace my windshield and we agreed on the time, place, and price. They were supposed to do it at 2pm the next day. The next day arrives and it is already 2:30pm and I do not receive a word from them. I thought that they were running late so I made a call to see what was going on. It turns out that they did not plan to come fix my windshield because "the address was too far." I told them that they could have told me the day before when I gave them my address or they could have AT LEAST given me a courtesy call to notify me of this. This is not the way to treat your customers. I would give them 0/5 star rating if I could. I'm very upset.
