I was looking at the website this morning when I came across these reviews. I am an employee at Kids' World and have been for a long time. The reason I am writing this review is because I was actually offended by the untrue words some of these people decided to write. The staff at Kids' World is like a second family to me and to hear such awful things makes me want to stick up for my family. I can tell you first hand that none of the negative things on here are true. All of us at Kids' World care deeply for the children. The reports of abuse and things on here are lies. The person who said "They have broken my cousins arm, spanked my sister in law and one of the teachers pushed me in a fit of anger" is outright lying. If all of that happened don't you think we would be out of business because we got sued or something. If it did i can tell you right now that person would no longer be working here and would no doubt be in jail for child abuse. So, if you're basing your decision on the word of someone who is obviously lying then that's your loss. If you are having doubts then you should come into the center and see for yourselves. No matter what anybody says on here the only way you can be certain this is the place for your child is to walk in and check it out for yourself. We are opened 6:30am-6pm we would be happy to show you around.

My son has gone to Kids' World since he was 4 months old and he is now 8. They are more than a daycare...they are more like an extension of our family

The allegations of mistreatment are unfounded. What I dont think any of the disgruntled parents that have posted here know is that there is a CPS enforcement official that has had her child here for years. They have been in business for 29 years and somehow I dont think that they would have been if there was an ounce of truth to any of this. As with anything else you get out of a program what you put into it. The parents that complain are probably the same ones that dont participate in the activities. If they did they would see that the children are well cared for and happy. My daughter has looked forward to going there since she was an infant and is now 6. Children dont gravitate toward abusive situations. Parents do however like to defame and place undo blame on good organizations when things dont quite go their way.

My daughter received a concusion from the "wonderful" staff. She has been injurned several times before she could walk. Also once when I picked her up early without notice, there was a male parent in there helping children get dressed and undressed. He told me that my daughter was crying because she didnt want to take her dress off...duh!! They have broken my cousins arm, spanked my sister in law and one of the teachers pushed me in a fit of anger. There high chairs are sticky and the feed the babies crackers and potatoe salad, as much money as i paid why was my child eating like homeless people?

I just read the past two reviews and I must disagree with both of them! The teachers there are awesome! Dawn, Natalia, Yuliya, Teasha, Irene, Sylvia, and the other teachers were fantastic! The director is great to listen and cares a great deal! I think someone must have been fired from their job and is out to get them. BUT REMEMBER --- THEY HAVEN'T BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS WITHOUT A GREAT STAFF!

I would not recommend this place at all. I used to work there. Some teachers are extremely aggressive, bordering abuse, in my opinion. They put on a friendly front, but some babies were treated very, very rough.

I would really think twice before taking your kids to kids world. They say they will do something then they dont. They will even leave your kid at school and then say its your fault. I pulled both of my kids from there and they will never go back. I will say one good thing about them i did have my kids there for years because of the teachers that are great. Would have pulled them alot sooner if it was not for them.

I am very excited when I have the opportunity to go and pick up my nephew at Kids' World . He is always involved in a fun-filled activity and is thrilled to see me, but doesn't want to leave. The teachers are very welcoming, but careful to check my ID to be sure I am ok to pick my nephew up. The school is very clean and smells great! It is obvious that the teachers love the children!

Very clean, great staff, safe, day care for your child. They took wonderful care of my infant. They stayed with my baby's schedule. The classrooms are very nice. Excellent. I did my research and they were the best in the area. High recommended.
