I am a local and I go about 3 times a month. They are great ladies, and they do a nice job. They are pretty good about the time factor. On the weekends, it is best to make an appointment. If you don'e, you will have to wait. I have gone other places were the product was crap. It would chip and crack the same day. At this place, they have great quality products. My mani will last 7-10 days, my pedi, 2 weeks! I love it there!

Because of the "anonymous" review left here prior I'd like to put in my two cents to say I love the technicians at this Spa. I've been going there for years for pedicures and each time have walked out of there feeling relaxed and they have done a fabulous job! I highly recommend their services. They do in fact have great customer service skills - at least if you aren't intimidated by an accent. When I walk in they remember me and ask about past friends who have come in with me. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes - maybe that's because I called ahead and made an appt?

And for some of the words left by the "anon" individual before me, it seems she might have issues w/ control ... I'll leave it at that. Remember lady, they might have a hard time understanding you like you have a hard time understanding their accents. Give them a little grace.

THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES TO GET A PEDICURE. WHEN I CAME IN THEY SAID IT WAS A 15 MIN WAIT. IF THEY KNEW THE WAIT WAS GOING TO BE LONGER THEY SHOULD BE UPFRONT ABOUT IT. I WOULD HAVE COME BACK IN FORTY MINUTES. I ALSO WANTED A MANI & PEDI BUT IT TOOK SO LONG WAITING THAT I DECIDED TO LEAVE AFTER MY PEDI. ALSO THE WATER WAS NOT HOT THEY MADE THE EXCUSE THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND RAN OUT OF HOT WATER. IT WAS MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND AND PEOPLE GO THERE TO RELAX NEED I SAY MORE! THE MANICURIST WAS TRYING TO SELL THE CUSTOMER NEXT TO ME A FLOWER AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T WANT ONE BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS TO OLD FOR ONE. THE MANICURIST PROCEEDED TO TALK BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND SAY WELL THE LADY OVER THERE GOT A FLOWER AND SHE IS OLDER THAN YOU. THEN THE TWO MANICURISTS SITTING NEXT TO EACHOTHER STARTED TALKING TO EACH OTHER IN THEIR LANGUAGE; THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY TALKING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS I NOTED FROM THEIR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND BODY LANGUAGE. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS A CULTURAL THING BUT WHAT MAKES THEM THINK THAT TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE TO EACHOTHER IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMER IS ACCEPTABLE. IT IS ALSO ANNOYING TO ME TO HEAR THEM WHEN I DON'T UNDERSTAND AND AM TRYING TO RELAZ. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER GO SOMEWHERE WHERE I FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AM TREATED NICE. ALSO IT DIDN'T APPEAR THAT THEY WERE SANITIZING THEIR SUPPLIES THE NAIL BUFFER THEY WERE USING ON MY NAILS LOOKED WORN OUT AND RIPPED, THE LADY DID NOT SCUB OUT THE SPA TUB AFTER SHE CHANGED THE WATER TO DO THE NEXT PERSON, I ALSO DIDN'T SEE HER SANITIZING HER INSTRUMENTS NAIL CLIPPER ETC., THIS IS A HEALTH CODE ISSUE. I MADE SURE TO BUY MY OWN PUMICE STONE AND NAIL FILE AND BUFFER FOR WHEN I GO TO ANOTHER SPA FOR A MANI AND PEDI. I REALLY THINK THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED A DISCOUNT FOR NOT HAVING HOT WATER. AS FOR THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOPEFULLY THE OWNER OF THIS SALON READS THIS BECAUSE I CALLED TO GET THE OWNERS PHONE NUMBER AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW AND SHE WAS TO BUSY TO ASK SOMEONE FOR IT.
