the girl did a good job on my nails overall, but she charged me $3 extra because my nails are long. since when does the length of your nail affect the pricing?

on one of my pinkies the gel bubbled up, and i wanted her to smooth it out and fix it but she wanted me to come back the next day....i guess she was too busy to fix it. poor customer service and the pricing was not clear on the service sheet.

I have been to this salon three times. The first time was for my sisters wedding. We got the spa pedicures and full set acrylics. I felt the prices were high a bit. I also didn't care for the fact that they're always trying to push extra services on you. Half the time they speak so quietly you have no idea what you have just agreed to and next thing you know your bill is 55 dollars for a spa pedicure. Also I do not like having services and extras pushed one me. For example while I'm getting my nails done she asks if I want my eye brows waxed I say NO so she makes a point to stare at them with a displeased look on her face. I was well aware I needed them done but I do my own brows and have for years. I do a good job and don't want to risk having someone mess them up which has happened to me before. If and when I do get brows done I go to a high end specialist not a salon that primarily does nails.

That happened to me the second time I visited this salon. The nails were nice and so that is why I went back for a third visit. My daughter was with me the second time and got a manicure and I got a full set and I think it was only 45 and that was with a tip. I thought that was reasonable.

The third time I went I was very pleased with my nails again. The quality was great and they looked nice but the technician was rude. I don't think the even knew she was being rude but talking to me about the size of another clients breasts when the client is standing right there is totally inappropriate. So is asking me if mine are natural or not. Totally rude!

My sister just went there the other day and was charged 40 dollars for a full set of acrylics with NO gel or anything extra. Not manicure nothing. She didn't even have them painted by her request but still all she got was a full set of acrylics so why the high price? Especially when I was just in for a full set and a manicure for my daughter and it was 45?

It seems they just charge whatever they feel like charging at the moment and that is unprofessional. Also I do not like it when the entire time I am getting my services done they speak loudly in their language. I feel that is rude.

Bottom line is despite that I have enjoyed my nails and they have been holding up well I will not go back there ever again and neither will my sister so they have lost two customers because of inconsistent pricing and poor overall customer experience.

Three girlfriends and I went to get our toes and nails done. We called in advanced to make our reservation days ahead. When we arrived we still had to wait for a half an hour. When we were finally seen the lady who did the toes had no clue what they were doing. When a friend asked for a flower with a gem the technician said, "Ok!" BUT gave her a flower decal instead. She had no clue or even heard of the new trend of a zebra print on the toes. When it was time to pay they charged each of us over what the pamphlet. One got a simple pedicure that should have been 18 dollars and charged 28 dollars. Many people came in to get their nails, toes, or eyebrows done. The technicians would tell them it would be a 15 minute wait. Really it was a 45-1 hour wait. A girl finally went to leave and the lady stopped doing my nails to go and do her eyebrows. They are the most dishonest group of ladies I have ever encountered. I would recommend going to your local pharmacy and picking up some nail polish then to go and waste your time and money at Selebrityt nail and Salon.

I have never seen these prices in any salon unless it was a nice day spa in a resort like place. They were very rude to all their customer that walked in and quoted them unreal wait times. I would never go back to this place even if i had a free gift card given to me. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

My 5 year old daughter and I went to this nail salon to have a mani pedi. My nails came out very nice; however, I expected them to make more of an effort to paint my daughter's nails with the same quality an adult would expect. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

I am a local and I go about 3 times a month. They are great ladies, and they do a nice job. They are pretty good about the time factor. On the weekends, it is best to make an appointment. If you don'e, you will have to wait. I have gone other places were the product was crap. It would chip and crack the same day. At this place, they have great quality products. My mani will last 7-10 days, my pedi, 2 weeks! I love it there!

Because of the "anonymous" review left here prior I'd like to put in my two cents to say I love the technicians at this Spa. I've been going there for years for pedicures and each time have walked out of there feeling relaxed and they have done a fabulous job! I highly recommend their services. They do in fact have great customer service skills - at least if you aren't intimidated by an accent. When I walk in they remember me and ask about past friends who have come in with me. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes - maybe that's because I called ahead and made an appt?

And for some of the words left by the "anon" individual before me, it seems she might have issues w/ control ... I'll leave it at that. Remember lady, they might have a hard time understanding you like you have a hard time understanding their accents. Give them a little grace.

THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES TO GET A PEDICURE. WHEN I CAME IN THEY SAID IT WAS A 15 MIN WAIT. THE MANICURIST WAS TRYING TO SELL THE CUSTOMER NEXT TO ME A FLOWER AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T WANT ONE BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS TO OLD FOR ONE. THE MANICURIST PROCEEDED TO TALK BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND SAY WELL THE LADY OVER THERE GOT A FLOWER AND SHE IS OLDER THAN YOU. THEN THE TWO MANICURISTS SITTING NEXT TO EACHOTHER STARTED TALKING TO EACH OTHER IN THEIR LANGUAGE; THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY TALKING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS I NOTED FROM THEIR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND BODY LANGUAGE. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS A CULTURAL THING BUT WHAT MAKES THEM THINK THAT TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE TO EACHOTHER IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMER IS ACCEPTABLE.
