I find it hard to believe these reviews are real based on my experience. When I first called to book the service, I spoke to a really nice lady named Darleen. She told me not to pre-pack the Upack trailer, that they were experts at putting the puzzle together to ensure my items would be safe and stacked properly. She said all big items would be wrapped. Turns out, this was not the case!

They arrived 15 minutes late at 9:15am. They were done with the job at 1:30 and left. They said they had another job. They overcharged me by two hours, but I didn't notice on the bill till later. You know how it is, he knew I was pre-occupied. Greg's a conman!

Greg was to come back later for the Dogloo and Dog house which he was interested in and I just wanted to get rid of. When he came back I gave him and his girlfriend all kinds of food and things like the Compac PC including monitor and speakers, a jewelry box for his daughter and other things. I showed them the tent and that it cost $150 new. His girlfriend said "I know someone who would buy that sight unseen for $20!" He agreed and promised to bring $20 back to pay for the tent, especially since I had given him all that free stuff and the garage sale had been a bust. As minutes passed and the tent was in the car, he changed his story, saying "If she wanted it he would bring back the $, otherwise he would take it to salvation army." I told him that was not the deal. He's a liar.

He also delivered a big cabinet to an old man for a $20 delivery fee and luckily he DID bring me back $20 for that sale.

He promised to pay $20 for a tent and never brought back the money. I was going to let that go until I saw the bill saying they were there 6 hours, and then when I unpacked and all the damage.

As soon as I saw the bill was incorrect I called All Pro and spoke to Darleen. I was very upset that her employee had ripped me off AND overcharged me for time they had not worked. She said her husband the owner would call me back. When he didn't I called him. He was very rude and not interested in hearing anything I had to say about it. I didn't get his name but he did identify himself as the owner. I mentioned "Angies List" and he accused me of "making threats". He said "I understand Greg came back and helped you out alot that day." And I went into Orbit and tried to tell him how Greg ripped me off for a tent. He didn't care and we ended the conversation.

After I unpacked my stuff a couple days later, when I was able to locate some movers to help me, I was flabergasted at all of the damage. Things were poorly packed. Fragile items on the bottom, heavy items on top (I have pics on my phone of the bad packing job). Every piece of furniture is scratched or gashed because nothing was wrapped but the couch. The Hot Oil Heater was upside down. Anything that could be upside down was upside down. Stained glass lamp is broken. Brand new coffee table gashed and scratched, all sides ($250). I remember seeing a bucket of Craft Paints that were on their side, even though clearly marked. The guys that moved me in were amazed at how poorly items were packed. He offered to write a letter for me. They definitely said it was a bad job and I can provide his contact information.

That day I called and got the owner again, the same guy that had been rude before. He didn't want to hear anything I wanted to say so I just told him that we would be pursuing our rights and protesting payment until this was settled in a fair manner.

I kept a long solid metal rod under my bed, about 3' long, for self-defense. It could bash a skull in if I needed it in a pinch, and it was missing when I unpacked my stuff.

Also, Greg had my cell and placed an ad in PennySaver saying I had free stuff and my phone rang off the hook. HA HA whose laughing now?

He will lie and tell you he's someone else so they can keep sending him out to unsuspecting people's homes. Here's what he looks like:

About 6 foot tall, african american, heavy set, bald and ugly.

All Pro moved my husband's parents from a rental home to their new home in Lincoln. They did a wonderful job. They were right on time, were very professional. None of their belongings was missing or damaged. The owner is very friendly and makes sure everything is done right. I had heard about what a great job they do, especially pianos. A grand piano is not easy to move. The price was right too. Sometimes large moving company chains don't give you that personal touch. That's why we chose a owner-run business. I would recommend All Pro Movers without reservations

All Pro is the most honest moving Co I have ever met. I am an ex military wife and have moved from state to state. This Co is efficient friendly and mostly honest. I lost a ring a year ago and one of the movers found it and brought it straight to me. the estimate was not 1 penny over., actually I saved some money. If you want an "Honest " moving Co I recommend All Pro to anyone. thank you guys for great job.Sincerely ,Hedi Marlene Sacramento, ca

I picked All Pro because they did not have any negative reviews written about them. Boy, what a mistake!

The three men that came out were nice enough, even if they did look like crankers.

Every once in a while I would check the truck to see if they were packing it properly; and I kept getting reassured that ??we are professional movers; we know what we are doing.? I could not see anything out of the ordinary, so I left them alone. What a mistake.

Numerous items were marked & scuffed up. Most of the stuff that was in the brand new heavy duty boxes was crushed. I had boxes marked TOP BOX ONLY ?? FRAGILE, were placed in the middle of boxes or worse on the bottom of a bunch of heavy boxes.

They had turned my expense dining room marble and wood side board upside down and packed it with heavy boxes. When it was unloaded, the two interior shelves had completely collapsed because they were not meant to hold so much weight upside down. It was so heavy that the weight had pulled all of the nails out and the unit had ripped away where it was glued. At this time the heavy boxes were now sitting on the bottom of the unit. If they had left it upright, it would have been able to withstand the weight of the boxes because it would be pushing on the nails; not pulling on the nails & glue.

I swore after this fiasco, I would sell or give my belongings away to charity before I would pay out $15,000.00 to have 80% of my new furniture ruined.
