I showed up at 7AM for my service. I was told it would be a 2 and a half hour wait and technicians don't arrive till 8AM. I asked the service guy to call me when his technicians arrived so I could come back and still have it done quickly. He refused.
It seems like every time I am here, they are going out of there way to make things more difficult for customers.

Like many others, I wish I could give them negative ratings. I recently purchased my 2012 Tucson (Which I love and highly recommend) from Hardin and the experience was less than impressive. My purchasing experience was alright, it wasn't

I leased a car in feb 2011 from Hardin Hyundai, when they delivered the car there was damages on front bumber(New car) which I did not notice until I took the car home. I called them and they said they will fix the problem by repainting the bumber and it should take 3 to 4 days. I took them 10 days to fix the problem. But when I got the car back they had done a great job. Finance department was great.

On three or more separate occasions, I've been to Hardin Hyundai for Hyundai parts. On two separate occasions, the parts that the parts counter ordered for me were incorrect BASED ON THEIR ORDERING. This entails a two day wait for the incorrect parts to arrive, and a two day additional wait from the time you go in for the correct parts to arrive. On the third occasion, I only needed a thermostat housing stud, and not a complete thermostat housing. I was told by the parts counter I had to buy either the $30 thermostat housing, OR the complete 2 piece housing AND thermostat for $66, no other choices. When I went to Patterson Hyundai in the Santa Ana Auto Mall, I was told that the stud ALONE could be ordered as a separate unit. I don't plan on going to Hardin Hyundai ever again. What a poor picture Hardin Hyundai paints for the Hyundai product relationship! What a poor picture Hardin Hyundai paints for themselves as automobile dealerships to the Orange County community ! The cashier's area was the most professional and efficient. When I walked in, the service writer was texting on his cellphone, and there was no one around in the Parts Department to even speak to.

Bought a car there and what a great experience!! They were fast, curtious and very Friendly!! I would recomend this place to anyone who is interested in a new or used car!

i called hardin hyundai and spoke to a salesman on the phone..and even though my friend had bought a new hungai not over a month ago...and that was mentioned to the salesman...his remark was...very busy here with customers...call me back...and then hung up...imagine doing that and after we told him a new hyundai had been purched...

I went here to test-drive a new car. I walked around the lot for a couple of minutes, and a guy came out to help me. He was very friendly, but didn't seem to know all that much about the car. I think he was probably new, because he seemed to have a really good attitude, but he just didn't know that much.
