Customer Service here sucks. The staff doesn't know anything about the products. I asked someone about a particular item and he had to ask 3 of his co-workers until he could finally answer me.
The parking sucks. There is a ramp that goes underground and it is really steep, which causes your car to scrape.
A few suggestions to improve this place might be to educate the employees about the products, stop letting them chat all the time while working, clean the place up a bit, and fix the parking!

Sportmart is the perfect place to buy sporting goods. They carry so many things like, bikes, baseball bats, shoes, basketball courts, treadmills, tennis tables, trampolines, apparel, bait and much much more! Best of all the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff at this store is great, I love shopping here.

Sportmart is the Costco of sporting goods. There isn't one sport that isn't represented in this massive store. From baseball to tennis to weight lifting to golf to everything in-between, you'll find the equipment here at Sportmart. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help. There is also a large selection of sportswear and shoes. In fact, I've found some great bargains on shoes, name brands that cost much more in the department stores. Parking can be a little harried on weekends but it's worth it. This is a great place to browse for gifts as well. I have often come for something but left with something else that I happened to see as I strolled the aisles. Sportmart is a must for all your sporting goods/apparel needs. And parents note: it's a real kid-friendly place.

This is a convenient store for the sport minded person. With affordable prices and a wide variety of selection of items and brands. I always find what I'm looking for and I'm always satisfied with the prices. Considering that this is located in theheart of los angeles it offers easy parking underground, FOR FREE. A great place to pick up birthday presents.
