They have a huge inventory and plenty of salespeople available to help you. They're informative but not pushy. They let you look around on your own and when you have questions they're there to answer them.

This dealership has some of the best sales personnel that I've ever encountered. They're friendly and professional and truly try to get you the perfect car at an affordable price. They don't try to scam you at all.

If there was an option to give more stars for this place, I would because they were great. I had the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. I was shown all of my options within my budget and wasn't pressured into anything the same day since I couldn't make up my mind right away. I went back a couple days later and had exceptional service again and drove home in a new Outlander Sport.

I have found my mechanic. It's very difficult to find a quality certified shop that actually knows what they're doing. This place is truly top notch, I've been bringing my cars here for a few years and have had every vehicle taken care of properly, in a timely manner and for a fair price.

They gave me the promised price which was much lower than anywhere else and gave me a fair trade in value on my Camry. I bought a new 2011 Evolution GSR and couldn't be happier. I had nothing but excellent and honest service.

I had the best experience with Capitol Mitsubishi and would never think about buying a car from anywhere else!

I never thought that I would find the car I wanted...a Ford, at a Mitsubishi dealer but I am so glad that I did. I drove from Livermore to San Jose in traffic to meet with the Sales Manager. I found the car I wanted on their website and it was a deal I couldn't refuse!

The guys were so helpful, they knew the answers to all my questions and went over and beyond in customer service! The finance department even shopped around to get me the best finance rate!! I loved the guys there! I have nothing but awesome things to say about Capitol Mitsubishi. I'll be back.

I never thought that I would find the car I wanted...a Ford Edge at a Mitsubishi dealer but I am so glad that I did. I drove from Livermore to San Jose in traffic to meet with the Sales Manager, who I nick named Fat Boy (he loves it). I found the car I wanted on their website and it was a deal I couldn't refuse! I encourage you to check out their online specials before heading to the lot, you can save a lot from shopping online. With my busy work schedule I was able to apply for my loan online and was approved right away.
