I broke the bow to my violin right before I had to leave town for a performance. Although I have a favorite violin repair shop, I simply didn't have time to go there. On my way to the airport I stopped by Metzler Violins. I was not disappointed. My bow could not be repaired (which I suspected), but the staff helped me quickly select a replacement bow and got me out the door in time for my flight. They showed me exactly what I asked for and didn't waste my time with unwanted products. The performance with the new bow went just fine. I am forever grateful to Metzler Violins' staff for the speedy service.

I have had my violin fixed here; had new pegs put in and new holes drilled in. It was a little pricy, but always had trouble turning the pegs. They did a great job and I would recomend this violin shop to anyone who needs repairs. Also had my bow hair replaced here, too. Good service, though they never called saying the services were done.
