Lidia's Delicatessen

I was curious about trying this because I always drove by. When I tried to eat the sandwich the bread was stale. Since I was at work, I didn't have time to go back.

I happened to run into the cashier later in the day while she was delivering food. I informed her that the bread was stale. She disagreed and told me that's the way it's supposed to be. C'mon don't insult me, I know what stale bread tastes like!!!

She didn't offer any type of genuine apology or give me any reason why I would want to return.

Upon talking to others about this experience, I found out that their service and product is hit or miss. The bad attitudes and horrible customer service will definitely make me never go there again!

I would not recommend this deli to anyone! Try Darby Dan's (Airport) or Roy's (Grand).
