Though I'm not into the whole pearl tea drink so much, this place gave me a good experience.

I asked the Jimmy for a recommendation of what I should get since I have never really liked tea at all. He recommended me a mocha pearl tea with clear pearls and I fell in love.

This was the only drink that I would get anywhere! Too bad I have to go to Milpitas everytime I want one of these.

Bubble act has the best service of any pearl tea house in town. The guys behind the counter are friendly and bring out your drinks and food orders with a big smile. Their fried chicken and thai iced tea are so good. Their fried squid is very original and are fun to eat too. You can stay here for hours watching movies and no one will bother you.
