The worst. Absolutely the worst. The sales staff is fine, the "managers" clearly lack intellectual prowess (and grooming skills... It's called floss). It's like they don't even want to sell you a car. We had the terms of the sale complete, but at the last second, the "manager" decided not to HONOR the agreement. I left and bought the same car FOR LESS at Sunnyvale.

Go to this showroom only if you want to be insulted and want to waste your precious time. You would rather go for an hour out of your way rather than visit City Toyota.

My husband and I wanted to buy a used Mini Cooper, which was put up on their website and not to mention, we were pretty serious about it. So, I made an appointment with Marc in their sales team. We reach there and we are handed over to Carol, who took us for a test drive without having ANY knowledge about the car ??whether it was related to certification, extended warranty, cost car features etc. We asked her about how many previous owners did the car have, she snapped ??Lets just do the test drive first. We can talk about it when we reach the office??. We reach the showroom after the test drive and after waiting for an hr, we realize that certain vital facts for the car were not available with the ??sales team/ finance manger?.
After waiting for more than an hour, we told them that we were running out of time. The finance manager calls Carol and tells her so. She raised her hand and shrugs while saying ??OK?? and when we turned around, she said ??I never really expected to do business with these guys??.
The staff was unfriendly, to the extent of being hostile and cold to customers?? needs. Highly not recommended for serious buyers. However, I would encourage you to go there, take a test drive and come back without buying a car.

I brought in my car for service last Nov-13-2007 and
noticed in Dec that my ashtray was missing from the back seat! I called on Dec 20, 2007 and was told that someone will check it and call me back. They never called me back! I called Jan 16, 2008 and spoke to the sales person who took care of me and he said that he would have to check with his manager and would get back to me. I finally had to do a follow up today Jan 29, 2008 and still waiting. I feel it's the principal that someone stole my ashtray and probably put it into someone else's car! Their ad says reputation in providing courteous and honest service was not true in this case. Someone in their service dept was not honest. I am still waiting to resolve this problem! The sales person was very courteous but it felt like I was getting the run around. If you ever get your car serviced make sure that you have all your parts and that your things are not missing out of your car! Check it carefully before you leave the service area!! I would have given this a 5 star rating if my ashtray was not stolen from my car!!

The sales person didn't even know how to turn on the Prius. We knew more about the car than he did. When it went time for negotiating , we waited about half an hour alone waiting for someone to talk to us. Then when we were just asking for the APR for the Prius the sales manager wouldn't even tell us. Probably because we looked young, he wouldn't believe us that we had excellent credit score. I even said hypothetically what is the APR for 60 months with excellent credit score and he still wouldn't tell me not even an estimate. We told him we just wanted to see the calculations and he said its like "Las Vegas where you can't see the camera, well their's no calculators around." I have no idea what that meant but, without calculators how can they do anything, how can they sell a car? He was even suprised that we bought a house and really belittled us saying this was probably our first car. Not right, we actually bought an Accord last year. I ended up leaving very angry and then after awhile, I was just like, "all I wanted was the APR to compare if I should cash it or finance it."

Well, this wasn't the first time had this treatment from them. When they were on the Top of the Hill Daly City. Another sales manager treated us similarly because we looked young. He thought we couldn't afford a 2006 Camry for 18K and even said if I could get a similar deal with an Accord, I should buy that. Well, I did.

I guess if you look young don't even try to go here. The facilities are new, but their attitudes are the same.

Been here a few times to check out the new car lines. They know their stuff and aren't pushy to buy their cars. The employees are nice, but some really don't seem to care about your needs. I think you can find better prices at other dealerships, but this one is good too. Easy to find this place.

I bought my car there on the recommendation of AAA, and was impressed at the professionalism displayed. I cringed, expecting a heavy sales pitch, but it was low-key and friendly.

PROS: Low key, not pushy
CONS: None
