Twice I have brought my car in for service and they recommended getting the tires replaced. I told them it would have to wait because I could not afford them after paying for the service. Each time within 24 hours I had a flat tire caused by a nail or screw in the tire.

Worst customer service and Not at all good mechanics

I took my car their for servicing and they broke something in my car and on top of it they were rude. which is not nice at all. I don;t recommend these people at all for servicing.

Avoid Service Department

Bought my brand new Toyota Tacoma and it was dusty and dirty. They told me to bring it back and they would detail it. Brought it back to do that and nobody knew where I needed to go for the detail service. Ended up walking around and everybody was finger pointing and completely rude. Had to go to Stevens Creek Toyota to get my car detailed. Horrible experience

overpriced, over sold repair shop

Capitol Toyota's repair shop always seemed to be finding things wrong with my car. When I would take my car to another shop to get an estimate 9 times out of 10 the other shop would say - that maint/repair is not needed.
The one time I had an item that I wanted covered under warranty they argued and argued about it not being covered.
The wait time for even a simple oil change seemed very long.
PROS: shuttle service
CONS: long waits

This is a big dealership with lot of inventory, and a big enough repair shop. The first time we went here is for a warranty repair of a leaking radiator cap. We bought the car at Steven Creek Toyota, but was given the crap when asking them to check it out under factory warranty. The service manage at Capitol Toyota was friendly / helpful, and instead of just given us a new radiator cap, he recommend us to get pressure check and get the whole radiator system check out, for free. Needless to say, the car got repaired, and Capitol Toyota get our business since then.
PROS: Large inventory - Very good service department

They have the lowest price quote on our second vehicle. But you need to do some research yourself before going down to the dealership to negotiate. Believe it or not, the negotiation takes more than an hour. But overall their service was quite good and I don't mind recommending them to my friends. Most importantly, do your own price research before going down to the dealership,

Had to buy a car from my girlfriend's cousin and decided to check out between Honda and Toyota, compared both Honda and Toyota and just loved this place, This place is by far the best place for Toyota's. Trust me I have checked about 10 different places and tried everything in the book to get a better deal elsewhere but ended up buying from here.
PROS: Great Inventory, Prices and Staff
CONS: Pressure tactics as are common in all car dealers

I walked around the lot looking for a sales rep or someone to at least acknowledge me but my daughter's legs got tired (she's 3 years old) from walking so we left.
A simple "we'll be with you in a moment" or even a smile would have been nice. I felt completely invisible.
