Fantastic customer service. So much more personal than Starbucks, and little things like a free cup of coffee when you buy a pound of coffee says that the franchise cares more for its customer than the green giant. Support our local companies.

I have an esperesso machine, a super duper expensive, piece of crap espresso machine, to the tune of around $3500.

Peet's talian Roast is the only thing that makes any type of coffee drink coming out of this machine to be any good.

Wow, what a great coffee house! Getting their freebie coffee if buying beans is always nice too.

Sophisticated and upscale. Good, rich coffee. Service is prompt and courteous, but nothing special. Good cookies and pastries. Nice selection of coffee and tea-related gifts.
