Anaheim Mitsubishi

IF YOU WANT A SNEAKY SALES PERSON AND GAMES GALORE SHOP HERE!!!! I found their website while I was looking for a honda fit. After getting there I was told that the fit was not possible for me to do which was fine. Then they tried to get me into an 09 galant also fine. After 2 hours they told me they could also not finance that. At this point I walked out. The sales person chased me down and got me into a used Envoy. My husband and I were looking at the suv and it was spotless. They tried to lead me to believe it came in that way. In anycase we left that night and they told us everything was fine and dandy. The next I called them (because they didn't call me like they said they would) and the sales person told me to "give" my trade in back to the bank. OK so they want me to let my car get repo'ed so it will be easier to finance from them. I told him I wasnt interested and hung up. The manager calls back and tells me everythings great I'm getting top dollar on my trade and a rockin' apr. So I drive 45 minutes to Anaheim thinking I'm driving away in a new suv, not true. They pulled me down there again under guise to try and get me to get a co-signer after I repetedly told them no. After 2 hours I leave again in my car and they ask me to give them to Monday. So it's Monday I've called them because they again did not call me and 20 minutes for a return call has turned into 2 hours. It never ends with these people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a new 2010 Evo from anaheim mitsubishi. They were super friendly and after I had been to 3 other dealers, they gave me the best deal in town. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with them and I have two friends that have also purchased there. If you want a great deal, go see one of their sales managers. They always deal with me directly with no games.

HONEST DEALER W/FRIENDLY STAFF!!! I went to this dealer to look at some new cars. They were very helpful and not pushy! They worked with me and answered all my questions about the vehicle. I did my research just to be sure and they knew everything. They explained everything in finance and had no surprises. I would definately reccommend them!

REAL DISHONEST ! Tried putting on extra fees on sales invoice hoping you don't catch it. Truck listed as $19988, tried to sell it for for $15988 after giving me a great deal. The real price on the internet for $13988. Tried to tell me it was not the same truck, but Vin numbers and their own stock numbers don't lie. Thanks to Roger and Anil or Neal Diamond as he's called.

I went here and test drove a few cars. There was one that I wanted at a great price. However, i decided on a car at another dealership. they had great service here and were very patient as i tried to decide what car i wanted

If looking for a Mitsubishi in Orang eCounty, this is the place to go. The selection is great, and the location is located easily off of the 57 freeway at Ball Rd. The prices here are great and the staff is flexible with pricing. Overall, the place is great to purchase a car. Again, like most dealerships, i do not recomend repairing your car here. i had to take my car back three times afterwards because the service engine light went on. Other than th service department, i do recoment the sales department, the guys make buying car here very easy.
