I am a certified fraud specialist and am in the process of reporting him to the state contractors licencing board for fraud. This guy is the worst and the biggest liar in the world. Even American Home Shield is in the processing of cancelling all work to him as he stole components from my unit, and then made up excuses why for 3 months parts for my A/C were taking so long. It turns out he never ordered the replacement parts and kept lying in order to "stall" the home warranty company so they would continue to pay him for outstanding jobs he had completed. This guy is as slimey as you can get. He flaked on me 4 times and I ended up taking off 4 days from work as he kept promissing he was going to be out. Well it over 3 months that my A/C has been broken due to the parts he stole from me. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH AS THEY ARE ALL LIES AND HE IS A SCAMMER.

They came, tech was casual but pleasant. Took my $60 home warranty and said they had to order a valve (2-3 days). Very odd as the value was replaced just last year but figured we??ll see. It??s been 2 weeks now they said maybe next week (today is only Monday, but Thur-Fri are holidays). These folks are rude and nothing is their fault. My part was in an order of other parts and it??s the supplier fault for holding the order until all parts for all orders are ready. I guess they never heard of telling the vendor to do partial shipments.

Their attitude and lack of returning calls could incense even the most calm person.

OK, if I can give these bastards a negative score, I would. I read the reviews online but had no choice in the matter since I had to go through my warranty company for repairs. They assigned these DUNN WRONG people since they use this company as a contractor. Had the guy come out to check my AC and told me there is a part that needs replacing...fine. He said it will take up to a week to get the part and then they would call me to schedule an appointment to replace it...OK. Oh yes, I had to pay the service call fee of course.

A week goes by, I get no phone call. So I called their office and spoke to the rep there. She said that they do not show anything in the system about a part replacement and will have to get in touch with the Tech to verify. I left my contact information but 2 days later, no one calls me back. I called the office again just to get a voicemail. Left a voicemail explaining my situation and ask that someone call me back; no one did. Been calling the next day just to get voicemail again.

Finally I called my warranty company and told them the whole store. They are still trying to get a hold of someone there.

Update...week 8 and they still have not done anything to fix my AC. Did not even show up fr the last 2 appointments or bother to call to explain/apologize. I will be taking legal actions against them

DO NOT USE these people. Very unprofessional, rude and lack any type of customer service and decency. After 8 weeks from the service call, they haven??t done a single thing to fix my AC. They did not even show up for the last 2 appointments. Not even a phone call to apologize or reschedule the appointment. I constantly have to go through my warranty company for them to call me back. After they take your service charge fee, good luck getting them to do anything else. Be warned, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
