High Tech Burrito is a fast, healthy and delicious. There are many varieties of food, even for vegetarians. Its a kid environment too, you can wear a sports uniform and receive a free drink!

Surf and Turf Burritos!

by Leilani S. | top100 Top100 | Rank: 36

I've only had High Tech Burrito's "Surf and Turf" burrito...but I enjoy it so much I never feel like ordering anything else, especially as I don't come here that often. Some of the other flavors seem a bit odd to me, but to each his own! :)

Great Burritos

by Tina P. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,434

Health, fresh, great service, awesome staff. It all sounds good, well it is. They have a small place but great food. I love going down on a Sunday afternoon get a burrito and sit outside and people watch. It is great during the summer!

Great Burritos

by Andrew S. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 741

I have only been living in Pleasanton for a week but I have already been to High Tech Burrito several times. There are two reasons - it's pretty reasonable and the quality of the food is excellent. I so far have sampled the Veggie Burrito (I recommend the small size unless you are really hungry - they're pretty big) and the California Burrito with chicken. I got the Itsy Bitsy Burrito for my daughter but it was a bit big for a two-year-old. For a little older kid it would be fine. The only negative so far is the hot sauce. I tried the "hot" temperature sauce and was disappointed as it had absolutely no kick. The "nuclear" sauce had a kick for sure but it was all condensed at one end of the burrito and had a lot of heat but no flavor. For a hot sauce addict like myself it was not very satisfying. All in all though three delicious burritos and drinks for $16 seemed pretty good.

PROS: Fresh ingredients, great for kids
CONS: The hot sauces need some work
