Honesty. Dr Pham was accurate and honest in his diagnosis and planned treatment. He didn't try to stuff me with unnecessary work and procedures like other dentists have tried to do.

Availability: Appointment making is a snap. Telephone or email, always accommodating of my schedule. Very understanding when I needed to reschedule.

Reception and other staff: I swear, they treat you like family. Everyone in there. Makes the whole experience that much more comfortable. They know your name, they greet you warmly, they answer ALL questions and concerns. Oh, and you always get a call the day before your appointment as a reminder. This really helps as I terribly forgetful!

Dentist: Very nice guy, even sends Christmas cards! He is quiet, but very attentive. He makes sure you are completely comfortable. He very clearly explains everything that will occur during treatment. He is very talented and efficient. Well organized and focused.

Quality of work: This was actually my first time having any restorative treatment done so I was a little nervous. I needed a root canal, crown, and fillings. I gotta say, I am so amazed with the crown that I wish all my teeth were crowns! (Well, no, but you get what I mean. The crown looks and feels better than my natural teeth. It is such a perfect match, that I couldn't even figure out which one was crowned when looking in the mirror. My family wanted to see and they also couldn't tell which one was the crown. The fillings (the white resin kind) are so perfect, I also cannot figure out which ones are filled.

Pain: This is a big one for a lot of people, not so much for me. No pain no gain right? Wrong! I couldn't believe how painfree everything was. When all finished, Dr Pham said I can take some advil to help with the pain. I didn't take a single med and could honestly say I wouldn't have known anything was even done. That to me means high quality work.
