Pep Boys

I just wanted to thank Pep Boys staff on Brookhurst Road, for the great customer service they provide. I was just recently there for a brake inspection and the Store manager, not only took care of me personally but he also made sure that I was treated right by the rest of the staff and in a matter of an hour or two I was on my way back to AZ. I honestly recommend this location to anyone. They are honest , friendly and very professional. If I travel back to CA, which I think will be soon, I will not hesitate to visit them again if I need to or simply to show my appreciation. I got to my destination with no problems and very thankful.

I did not get the store Manager's last name, I only know that his name is Jim.

My experience with the Pepboys on Brookhurst has always been great. The management team is fair in their decisions and Sal the Service Manager works in Law Enforcement outside of his job at Pepboys.
The Service team is the best around. They were able to fix what no one else could. Sal's hands on management style made me feel as though I could trust he would make sure his team figured out why my car kept stalling. Three other shops charged me and said they fixed the problem, but it would stall the next time I used it. Pepboys fixed it !
Thanks you for having the skill, knowledge and great customer service that every mechanic shop should have, professionalism.

It's just a Pep Boys, but there is a guy in this store who is a fountain of information, and will help you make the right decision about what to buy instead of upselling. He's a big guy with a moustache.
