Quartz HIll Veterinary Clinic was a fantastic place to take my dogs! Both of my dogs got fixed there. They treated the dogs kindly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They had an, overall, friendly atmosphere and the prices were fair. Highly recommended!!
My cocker Spaniel recently had to be put down. He got sick quick and it was hard to take! He ended up having congestive heart failure. I took him to Quartz Hill Veterinary Clinic and the staff was so helpful! They gave me options, told me the possibilities of each treatment and gave me helpful suggestions. When I decided that putting him down was the best way, they let me hold him while they gave him the shot and let me stay with him until I was ready to leave. They never tried to rush me or tell me I needed to go. They just gave me the time! If you ever have to go through something like this, I think that going to Quartz Hill Veterinary is the right decision.
I just wanted to say that I love this Vet office! I have been going here for many years with my dogs and it is always a great experience! They treat my dogs sooo well, but the best part to me is the way they treat me. They make sure that everything they offer is within my budget and help me to find other options when it is not. They truly care about not just the pet, but the owners too!
They were very informative about important issues regarding our new puppy!! They make it very easy to make sure you are prepared to take care of your animals needs. I also signed up for the puppy package which makes it easier for me to remember when my puppy needs her next shots so I can do my part in keeping her healthy!!! I was very pleased with everyone there, they made me feel very comfortable and they were all very nice!!!
As friendly as the staff are here, it does not excuse the misdiagnosis of my cat. What kind of vet can't tell if a cat is pregnant or not??!! The tech, the receptionist AND the vet all told me she was ready to drop any day. After recommending "this test and that test" so the kittens and mom would be healthy $300.00 and 3 weeks later still NO KITTENS, SHE WAS NEVER PREGNANT!!!!! All I got was, "oh dear." No apology, no refund the Dr. didn't even bother to return my calls. They did offer to have her 'fixed' for $180, no thanks, I got her fixed at a Vet's office whose bedside manner with the paying customer and scared pet was much nicer and much more reasonable $75.00. I've been a cat/dog owner for 23 years, this is the worst vet experience to date. Not very professional, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you love your baby!
I am so happy that I switched to this office. I am so happy with the way Dr. Chris treats my beloved pet. He is the BEST. His staff is all wonderful, the office has always been clean and neat. I love that he doesn't try to sell me on extra products or procedures. This is how it should be. I will never go anywhere else.
I recently moved to the Antelope Valley and needed to find a new Veterniarian for my Cocker Spaniel, Sadie. I tried a couple offices before finding Quartz Hill Veterinary Clinic. I was so relieved to find an office that actually cared for my pets health as much as I did. I was happy to find out they have a vaccination clinic too! Sadie and I went for the 1st time a couple weeks ago, your in then out, no worries! If you love your pet and want them to have the best CARE, take them to here, I sure wouldn't take Sadie anywhere else!
They took exceptional care of my pet. Dr. Biggerstaff was able to perform orthopedic surgery on our pet, therefore we did not have to go to Los Angeles for the procedure. The results were sensational and now our dog is 100% better!! The staff was very compassionate and helpful. Highly recommended!!

I have had good experiences at this Veterinary Clinic. They have taken care of many of my pets over the years. I have found the receptionists always friendly and the nurses very helpful. I like the doctors, especially Dr Brenna and Dr Dean. They are young but I think they are excellent vets. The owner Dr Biggerstaff does the surgeries and I have heard he is an excellent surgeon.
I would recommend this clinic, I have been other places in the AV and the prices are reasonable and I have always been able to get right in.
This veterinary hospital is so amazing and the best one in the area! all the employee's love pets and seem to really care about me and my animals. When my dog re opened his surgery sight after his neuter they stayed open late to take care of him. They are very good at communicating to me what's going on with my pet and even better, my dog actually enjoys being there! this place gets two thumbs up!
I am so disappointed with Quartz Hill Vet Clinic, and their less than quality customer service and animal care. My family and I have frequented this clinic for about 2 years and when our dog had puppies, one of the techs pulled a knot off the puppy after my mom asked them not to, my mom had already said she was givin them baths so it was not necessary. However, the tech forcefully pulled the hair out of the puppy, not even using scissors and of course my puppy was yelping and crying uncontrollably. What disturbs me is that my mom made a simple complaint, and later that week she was sent all of our pets medical records and asked not to return!!! unbelievable, after the thousands of dollars we have spent their to be treated that way and on top of that not listen to a simple request to not pull the dogs hair was just unfuriating! I am appaled at this 'business' behavior and wanted to warn others to just go accross 50th street to the other vet clinic, its not worth it to deal with these people!!!

I have had good luck with Quartz Hill Veterinary. They have taken good care of my pets for over 15 years. I find the staff very friendly and the doctors extremely knowledgeable. I had a 11 year old dashund with congestive heart failure that they helped me add 3 years to his life. There are other veterinarians in the Antelope Valley but I will not take my pets any where else.
I believe that my dog got ticks and scabies from this vet.
My dogs are always home. They have a private backyard
I had not been anywhere for several months. I would not
ever recommend this vet! Two employees said they never
had ticks, and two said they did and it was a problem.
This is a good animal hospital, veterinary clinic conveniently located right on 50th by the big nursery.
Bonnie is great-- she really knows her stuff and has been in the business a long time. To stay fresh and in the field, the continues you teach along side of her practice as a veterinarian.
Every time my family has brought their pets here they have been pleased with the care taken of their babies by the kind people here.
