I have employed Sims re. recovery from 3 serious back/hip surgeries.My regimens in each case were developed by Ali. She competently structured a series of exercises that targeted my muscular weaknesses. The result was highly therapeutic.Sims Physical Therapy is a busy and well equipped operation. As the result ones chart is often passed to several therapists during a single session. Nevertheless, the communications level was such that therapy was not compromised (although at times I had to inquire as to who was holding my chart).The staff is friendly, competent and informal. They are sensitive to ones needs (and discomfort) and work to make each session as painless and effective as possible.I recommend highly.

This place has been around for a very long time, but I'm not sure why. Any person that I have ever spoken to that has used this facility has complained about them. When I had shoulder surgery to tighten tendons, they had me do exercises which did nothing but loosen them back to how they were prior to the surgery and basically render my surgery useless. When I had a knee surgery and went to this facility, they pretty much just stuck me in a room to do exercises by myself at the first visit and I did not spend more than 1 minute with the therapist, but I'm sure they charged my insurance a hefty price. With the glut of physical therapists in this area, there is no reason to go to this one.
