I was so impressed by the professionalism, attention to details, generosity, and effectiveness when I met Robert Navarro's crew as 8: AM yesterday morning. Any person who walked through the door was greeted with courtesy, a firm hand-shake, and a smile looking the visitor in the eyes all asking may I help you. I saw every one of the employees, all clean cut and professional looking doing the same. I asked for pricing on two different tire repair application, (plug or inner patch) and Mr. Navarro replied he would only do a patch (which is obviously more work) because of the safety result. When I asked for price, he replied it was free. No being a regular or deserving a free service for any reason, I questioned the freebee and he replied because I want you to remember us. I will Mr. Navarro.

I had a recall on my Goodyear tires. I went to every good year retailer and they refused to honor the recall. They wanted me to purchase the tires myself then get a reinbursment from Goodyear headquarters themselves. Nobody wants to labor for free Right? Great doing business Discount Tires!!

Bought two sets of tires-they increased the internet price by 60% and acted put-out by my questions. Manager impatient and rude. Can't believe anybody goes there-have to be desperate.

I WENT HERE BECAUSE THE CAR I BOUGHT HAD A WARRANTY ON THE TIRES FOR LIFE. WELL THEY IMMEDIATELY REFUSED OT HONOR THE WARRANTY BECAUSE I WASNT THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHICH I LATER LEARNED SHOULD NOT MATTER. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED ALL THIS STUFF I DID NOT NEED AND THEY BASICALLY TRIED TO UPSALE ME BRAND NEW RIMS AND TIRES INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO MY PROBLEMS WITH THE TIRES. I DIDNT LIKE THAT AT ALL. BAD COMPOANY AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE! SHAME ON YOU!!

I recently had an experience with this Discount Tire on Midway Dr in particular. Believing that they would be the all knowing source for tire and wheels, I was WRONG.! I have an American made car that needed new tires and wheels after cracking a wheel, I informed the men of my situation being a student a forced to rent a car because of this matter. To find the correct wheels was easy, so I thought. After spending a short afternoon in the store confirming the wheels and tires, I left. I later called in to confirm that what we spoke about would be in due process. One week later the fires in SD broke out and the guy I did the original business was out. So I asked one of the other peons at the front to confirm my order. He soon told me that the wheels ordered a week prior were no longer available for sale. ?? Shocked and astonished, he quickly attempted to fix the problem by ordering me new wheels from another manufacturer. I later found out that these wheels would need to be specially bored to fit my cars wheel bolt pattern (4 bolts nothing too complicated). So in this experience of waiting we accomplished nothing but this review, how sad ;( I hope this will influence your decision in some way before spending/wasting time here. but I say booooo to corporate America and support you local small business owners.
