If I could give minus stars I would...but I have to give them at least one star :( Terrible!! Terrible!!! Terrible Customer Service. I called on Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for Friday at 1230 with a gal named Connie. I walked over to the location (I work nearby and was definitely going to make this a regular thing BUT!!!) When I walked in the shop there was one person there...apparently that was Connie. I told her I had a 12:30 appointment for a manicure, she told me she had someone right now with an appt. for a manicure and pedicure!! WHATT???!!! She didnt offer me another time, she simply told me I dont answer the phones. She didnt ask me to wait, NOTHING!! Terrible Customer Service, I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK and I will be sure to tell any AND all willing to listen NOT to visit Mr. Dons Hair and Nails. Instead go over to K and 10th there's a nail shop there that is competitive in pricing with much better service
