We used to be a vendor for Tight Assets. She still owes us $3500. This debt is 3 years old, and we tried everything, including Collections. The owner, Heidi Miller, laughed at the Collector and walked to the back of the store. \r

I want other shoppers to know just how special Tight Assets is, when trying to find stylish and good qualitly women's wear at reasonable prices.
I know my shopping trip to Tight Assets will be a very pleasant experience when I need to find a special gift for one of my family members. I rely solely on Tight Assets at special times throughtout the year, such as, birthdays, Christmas, Easter, and other occasions. Heidi Miller has owned her stores for 20 years and served thousands of very satisified customers that return again and again. I have been shopping at Tight Assets for almost 10 years, for about eight or 10 times a year. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive at the store.
My family always looks forward to their gifts from Tight Assets. They would be very disappointed if I were to change a family tradition and shop somewhere else. They enjoy the quality of the clothes and the way they fit. They always get compliments on how good they look and their friends want to know where they can get outfits like the ones they have. This makes them feel good, and that makes me happy.
Heidi is very helpful in suggesting attractive alternatives, so that I have a good selection to choose from. She is always cheerful and eager to please the customer. She takes a personal enterest in my special gift needs and wants to make sure that my family members will look their best.
Heidi has one of a kind, unique clothing styles that cannot be found elsewhere, and her extensive inventory never lets me down. These are the reasons that I will continue to shop at Tight Assets for many years to come.

I've lived near and patronized other retailers in the same minimall for eight years before actually entering this store. Their window filled with blingy track suits - nothing a down-to-earth 40 year old woman would want and I most certainly don't need to buy a sports bra at a boutique. But I recently noticed casual dresses and sweaters inside, so I checked it out.

Once inside, the owner was alone and on the phone, finishing her call before greeting me. Darling, that's covered in customer service 101. I wondered exactly what her target demographic is (or if she's ever even taken a class to know she needs one) but what a mix - labels carried by Neimans next to overpriced swap meet (OC marketplace) apparel. Priced higher since it was a boutique environment. And the other half of the store, tracksuits and sports bras. Who are you selling to, Heidi? Tracksuits left the style world with Ugg boots in 2001.

Why not decide what your demographic is and stick with it? Carry up to date, current styles, either cheap or high-end. Pick one. And please not only the your style; your taste is questionable and we don't all want to look like you do. Price items realistically. And for customer service, check out "Clothes for the Soul" down the street. That is how you run a boutique; selling unique, magazine-featured items at reasonable prices, knowing your demographic and being friendly and helpful no matter what the customer looks like or drives up in. You don't ignore customers (your age and in what seems to be the demographic you're targeting) carrying a Target bag. Because my Target bag holds a black AMEX card that certainly will never be used at your store.
