California Backyard

me and my new wife just bought a new home, had bought/purchased California Backyard products. a bit expensive so i thought I was buying quality. The spa i had bought had nothing but problems from the very beginning leaks to circuitry problems. the furniture lasted 1 year before paint started chipping off and the granite top crumbled into pieces. The BBQ had dents all over, the umbrella i bought broke, lasted 6 months. i had payed over $25,000 for products they gave me the run around for 8months sending repair people to my home to attempt to fix. i had issues with the service repair guy name Matt did not fix problem first time and second time he was rude/aggravated about being there again, but problem was not fixed finally 4 times out i received a new BBQ. For a customer who spent so much look how they treat customers. finally after all is done i have beat up looking furniture and scratches all over my umbrella base and poles from repair guy. lot of money for scratched up dented furniture they replaced stone top with top i didn't originally want and the hassles and crap i had to put up with! My home didn't even have problems in the first year just patio furniture from California backyard.

We were trying to find some patio furniture and this store was close to us. It's nice and clean and the staff are helpful. The furniture are designer names so they are not inexpensive. Nice to shop for your garden though.

PROS: Nice furniture, friendly staff, ample parking
CONS: A bit expensive
