I have nothing but good reviews for the social work program in CSULB. The professors and staff really care about the students and do all they can to assist them. They fostered a nurturing and caring environment. The classes are excellent and I learned a great deal of knowledge which helped me a lot in my internship. For those interested in social work, CSULB bachelor is excellent. I'm applying to the MSW program here now!

CSULB has a great business program. Several of my professors have taught at CSULB while teaching at UCLA/USC, etc, and they say the CSULB program ranks just as well in terms of a comprehensive education.

Being a cal state always put you under a UC but this one has risen and has shown UC potential. It is one of the largest populated schools in CA and has many great programs. It is getting harder and harder to get into this school. Maybe one day this school will become a UC. For people who live near this university and have children going to college really consider having you child go here if they can get in. It can save you alot of money!
