Small quaint neighborhood seafood restaurant. The food is good, service professional. Lots of Millbrae regulars keep the place packed. May have to wait for a table, but usually worth the wait.

Very good seafood, but definitely not a place for small kids. It's very quiet. Service is quite good, and the prices are very reasonable. Nothing fancy, but you can always count on a good meal.

This is one of the ideal places for a date. Candlelight dinner, good tasting and looking entrees and a quiet, serene atmosphere to add to it all. It is a little pricey which is why its not the most recommended place for something other than special occasion, and there does tend to be quite a lot of elderly couples if you mind that, but the food is great and a must have, which comes with almost every main course, is the clam chowder which is awesome.

We have been dining at the Little Whale for over 15 years. They are tucked in a corner of the Millbrae Square but they always seem crowded. Everytime I am there I see people I know. They support the Entertainment Book so you can eat for two for the price of one. You may think it's all fish and they do have a wonderful filet of sole but their chicken parmagian also tops the list. I strongly recommend this little out of the way corner.
