Most of the students attending this University are from other countries, but you better appreciate the fact that these students are speaking english and are eager to understand why america is such a great country. The world is not about Britney Spears or Made in America products, it's about how interdependent we (US) are to the rest of the world. I attended this small university and the satellite campuses in other countries. I received transferrable credits taking courses in (Nairobi)Kenya, (Mexico City)Mexico,(Evian)France, and in the US (Steamboat Springs) Colorado and finally my favorite (Maui)in the Hawaiian islands. I received a full ride scholarship and I saw the world, ifs people, their culture and its customs. USIU has changed or morphed into USAIU , the athletic programs like football, basketball, and golf have been erased.Tne school of operforming and visual arts is no longer there, but the small classroom size in each class and the best teachers that money can buy should induce anyone who wants a quality education to attend this prestigious university.

Since I live in Scripps Ranch, this is school is just right around the corner from me. Everyone that goes here is a foreigner so I see no point in going if you are already a citizen. The school has a private school tuition and I don't think the education compares to that of SDSU.
