Mr. Bayer is not just a fine attorney; he is a considerate and compassionate human being. I never thought I would go through a bankruptcy and my self esteem was at a low ebb, even though the bankruptcy was the result of caring for my senior Mom, the loss-of-equity in my home, and the inability to sell the home. He told me I was being too hard on myself. There was never a time when he did not quickly answer my questions. I always felt I was working with an attorney with an impeccable reputation, who would provide me with expert advice. (Submitted by B.W.S.)

First, I wanted to thank you for all of your help, I really appreciated it, even though at times I was a butthead. I was actually very worried when we met with the other attorney on our 341 hearing. He told us Riverside was notorious for increasing payments and disallowing deductions. He was right, the trustee was tearing people apart, and adding thousands to their monthly payment. She was even disallowing life insurance, because someone was young. When we got up to her, first she looked at your attorney and complimented him on how well done the paperwork was completed. She did say she made some modifications to our budget, I wanted to croak. Then she asked us if we could pay $2.00 a month more, after hearing the others being torn apart I quickly agreed. So again thank you for all you have done for us! We will make this work, no matter what!

It was great to hire Bayer, Wishman and Leotta law firm. I will simply say, hiring them diminished my pain of going through the Bankcruptcy process and getting dicharged. They are very professional and prompt. I talked to quite a few attorneys before hiring them. I hired them on my very first discussion and day one I met them in the office.
I am glad I was right.

I INTERVIEWED 7 DIFFERENT FIRMS BEFORE CHOOSING THEM. THEY TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW AND NOT JUST WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH WITH THE CASE PREPARATION WHICH BECAME EVIDENT DURING OUR COURT CASE. I WATCHED ALL OF THEIR CASES GO THRU (THERE WAS 5 OF THEIRS) VERY SMOOTHLY WHILE MANY OF THE OTHER 25 CASES I WITNESSED WERE BEING PICKED APART AND MAINLY OVER SILLY THINGS THAT SHOULD OF BEEN CAUGHT LONG BEFORE IT WENT TO COURT. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A DECISION AS BIG AS BANKRUPTCY CHOOSE THE RIGHT FIRM AND CHOOSE BAYER WISHMAN & LEOTTA

I'm an attorney, and when I needed a bankruptcy attorney, my attorney friends recommended Leon Bayer of Bayer, Wishman. Leon did a great job. I knew it would be questionable whether or not I qualified for Chapter 7, but Leon made it look easy and at a reasonable rate. As an attorney, I can tell if another attorney knows what they are doing and Leon Bayer, as a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist, definitely knows his stuff. Use the bankruptcy attorney other attorneys use - Leon Bayer of Bayer, Wishman. I was very happy.

I worked with Mr. Bayer on my bankruptcy, and he was very helpful. There were a number of complications in my case, and he always made himself available by phone or email to answer my questions. I had to meet with him several times until we got things straightened out, and he always spent as much time as I needed to get my questions answered and my concerns addressed. It was really great to have an experienced and supportive person to help me through the process. I would recommend Mr. Bayer and this firm highly for anyone who has to file for bankruptcy.

Our experience with Leon Bayer and his firm has been one of respect, professionalism, and empathy. We never imagined that we would ever have to declare bankruptcy. We had a very complex situation that involved both a corporate and personal bankruptcy. During our initial meeting, Leon assessed the circumstances, made us feel comfortable with his expertise, and continued to guide us through an extremely difficult time. He was always available to answer our questions, help us with paperwork, and advise us on what we should do. His attitude and manner made us feel secure in the steps we were taking. We had met with other attorneys and never got the sense that they cared about what happened to us at all. That was never the case with Leon. We will always be grateful that we were referred to him and followed his advice.

I went to "Handle on the law" to get a referral, and I am very glad I did. I wanted an organization that had years of experience and only handle one area of expertise not a laundry list .

I am very happy I went to Bayer, Wishman, & Leotta for my bk, they are a truly professional organization that handled my case with understanding, expediency, & thouroughness. I would highly recommend them to friends and Family.

ATTY LEON BAYER WAS AND CONTINUES TO BE INCREDIBLY HELPFUL DURING THIS LESS THAN PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HIS VERY OBVIOUS KNOWLEDGE & CONFIDENCE PUT MY WIFE & MYSELF AT GREAT EASE. HE NEVER HESITATED IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS.
ATTY BAYER DID AN AMAZING JOB PROTECTING MY REMAINING FAMILY ASSETS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM. THE TRUSTEE MEETING WENT SMOOTHLY BECAUSE OF HOW HE PREPARED THE PAPERWORK.

WHENEVER SOMETHING ADDITIONAL COMES UP HE RESPONDS PROMPTLY - I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CHASE HIM DOWN.
