i worked at pet royalty for 6 months until it closed.Laurie was really mean to me.i go to same school as her grand daughter.her name is Sammy and Laurie has one or two grandson.Sammy is in the same LA class as me.i heard that they went out of business and Laurie has like 6 different jobs, one of them is taking care of a old person.Laurie is old and another one is clipping dog nails.you have to be 12 years old to volunteer.Laurie is stupid and mean.she also has no eduction.so she gets easy jos and cheap one.

We bougt a maltise from Laurie and Paris is a wonderful, well tempered, active dog. She is so cute and has perfect eyes and hair and teeth!! very important for a maltise. The owner talks to us everytime we are there and knows our children and special orders food for our fussy cats.
The new store Prt Royalty is well located a has good prices.
We have bought hamsters, piggies and bunnies over the years and all of them have been tame from the love Laurie gives to them.
She knows about all animals.

I worked at this store years ago and I still go here to get my pet food supplies. I have knowledge as of an employee and as of a consumer. Lori can me head strong and strong willed but she does know whe she is talking about. She cares deeply for her animals and works long hours to ensure they get taken care of.
Her puppies DO NOT come from puppy mills. I repeat DO NOT come from puppy mills. She has the puppies driven over because it is healthier then having them in a storage compartment on a plane where is is freezing and no one can check on them. By driving they get a more stable environment plus the driver can stop and check on the puppies regularly. She also is there when they arrive and she gets them checked out at 2 different vets for health. Her kittens are for adoption and get checked by a vet also.
She does have 10 to 12 years old volunteer to play with the puppies and help feed the animals but they also have to sign a contract and so do thier parents. I have a dog from her and she is completely healthy and i have had no issues. My puppy is almost 6 years old. I love this store. I understand laurie can be hard to deal with but that is because she is passionate about her animals.
They did move to a smaller location and the store looks great! and will be an asset to is new community. I am only saying do go by the reviews. Go to this store and make your own opinion up. Be your own person.

I worked for this business years ago. I will not go into what position I was, or much detail about people's personalities. I will keep it simple and state only the things I think are important for the consumer to know.

YES the puppies come from a PUPPYMILL. At least they did when I worked there. The exact name escapes me, as it was many years ago. The name of the puppymill reminded me of the one from the Snoopy cartoons, something like "Sunny something Farm"... something like that. I know it had the word Farm in it and Sunny or Summer or something.

Anyhow, the puppies used to arrive in a delivery truck, and in the summer they were always over-heated and in very poor shape. Many puppies were sickly and had to be treated for things like kennel cough, etc. She sometimes sent puppies back or we had puppies that would die. Many customers would return with sick puppies. Laurie would make light of it, so as to not alarm the new owner.

This was a common accurance in that store. And we had to separate the sick puppies from the healthy ones, to make sure we did not spread kennel cough or whatever the ailment was.

I remember always getting upset about the sickly puppies and the over-heated pups during the summer. The truck's air-conditioner did not work properly or at all.. in my opinion. These pups came a long way.. from somewhere in the mid-west, if I remember right.

I was young and knew little about puppy mills back then, had I known what I do now things would have been different in how I delt with them.

Another thing, I read some people talking about "deals" or shady business practices. They have never done anything "illegal" in my precense, but they are B.S.ers and will talk about giving you a deal or make light of a sick animal when it should be taken more seriously. They also act as if they are not responsible for the sick animals and they ARE!

I could go into much more, but then it's a matter of my personal experience and opinion. I just wanted to make sure the consumer knew about the PUPPY MILLS rumor being true. It is TRUE! Now maybe she doesn't deal with them now, but she DID when I worked there.

This place needs to close oh but wait they did on there Los Posas Location. They are in bankrupt at present. Laurie is crazy, so she has pulled her Daughter and Son-In-Law into the business.
They are currently located at the 5000 Block of the Parde Shopping Center in Mission Oaks. They do not even have a Current Camarillo Business License. There seems to be many small cages and I but in order to make money they are going in the selling once again, Puppies from Puppy Mills.

There store is next to food business and a Vons. We have plenty of Dog Pet Stores even a Pet Co and coming a Pets mart.

Are they crazy? Yes, do not support this business and please do not buy anything from them.

If you want info regarding Puppy Mills visit Last Chance for Animals.com They had a Pet Store in Malibu and they closed due to resident protesting the sick puppies in the store.

We must not allow this business to continue.

Look Out Mission Oaks Shopping Center. This place has closed it horrible pet shop off Los Posas and is under a new name "Pet Royale"
Same horrible Puppy Mill Dogs and horrible stuff and service, please help close these people out. They do not belong here. There Malibu Store has since closed up and they are not selling Puppies.

Do not purchase a dog from them you will have issues with the health and well being of the dog.

Lets put this place out of business. They do not belong here.

Horrible. Went in there to purchase a bird cage, the bottom of the cage had rat poop in it and was dirty. All there seeds had the flying moths around them, and felt so sorry for the rats in the back of the store. Very dark and dirty, smelled also.
Small puppies in a back area, grooming area dirty and the doggie day care, well that seemed very dirty.

Think twice or maybe 10 times before buying anything from this crazy family. Word has it they are moving to Mission Oaks near Vons god help the dog poop.

Its nice getting a puppy or kitten for a pet shop but with all the stories of mills and stuff it makes me think twice! We are looking for a new addition to our family. And I am proud to say we are looking at are local shelters...Ya it may take some time but there are manny animals out there young and old who would love to be part of your family. So DONT BUY FROM STORES LIKE THIS ! CHeck out your local shelters or tune in to FOX 11 every morning for pet of the day!

i am a volunteer at all pet headquarters! i know it is not a childs place to write a reveiwmuch but i need 2 speak out! laurie ACTS very polite when my parents are around me and she is nice to costomers. but when no adults are around if i do one LITTLE thing wrong like the forgettting to make sure one of the water dishes i get yelled at! she talks to all the volunteers with a sarcastic rude tone! EXCEPT WHEN THERE ARE ADULTS! one time i left the puppy pen without telling her and she didnt notice me in the catpen where she waz standing and she said "that little blonde girl is a little b****!", (im the blonde girl) being very sensitive, that really hurt my feelings. also she promises you lots of deals and "sale" i hear her talk about how the dogs prices stay the same and NEVER go on sale. and the so called "deals" are actualy ripoffs. so DONOT shop at allpet headquarters

I would like to start out by saying some of you people that wrote reviews are extremely rude and unkind!! I gotta think what kind of person you must be to say the things that have been said. You should be embarrassed and ashamed!!!.................

* obviously your are a worker or a family member. I will share my experience and believe me i have given this store the benefit of the doubt. I purchased a male tabby cat and a pomeranian in aug 2007.. the dog had kennel cough and was sick for weeks we brought her back to Laurie for them to fix and did nothing but refer us to their doctor who charged us an arm and a leg to see her and treat her... moving on to out tabby whinnie... we had brought the cat home with a lil bit of a water eye. Laurie advised us it was only a lil feline rsv-(Cold) and it would go away that they had been giving him medicine and that it was going away... we brought him back 3 days later due to the symptoms worsening.. again Laurie didnt reat the cat as promised and merely pushed us on top their doctor who charged us like $150.00 for meds & visit. not only did the treatment not work but he began to get worse... although he wouldnt diagnose the problem he medicated the kitten. i look online for symptoms like my kittens and realized we were dealing with feiline herpes... so we then went to Petco where were spent anotherr two more visit and $250.00 more of vet costs! finally i heard of channel islands vet clinic from a friend spent another $100.00 for visit and medicine but they finally diagnosed the cat with feline herepes and gave them the proper treatment. (so if any of you have animals from pet head quarters that you've decided to keep. that have weeping eyes that have swollen shut and began to bleed. These pet docotrs will diagnose your animal correctly the first visit and save you time and money.) anyways going on this was a terrbile experience and should have never gone back. but had heard since that they had changed names and owners. so my husband in 2010, felt lets give them one last try. Again we bring home a russian blue kitten who they claimed to have had a cold but now has come down with the symptoms of my prior animals from there. unfortunately i didnt want to continue through with the purchase but my hubby was already attached.. so this time we are skipping their doctors and going straight to Channel Islands Vet Clinic who still has my old kittens charts on file to compare notes... In conclusion not only does this place sell diseased animals and cats. its the fact that they let them carry on with the diease with out treating them! By God the shelter gives better care to their animals then this place...which is sad!!! it is depressing to see the animal cruelty that goes on at this business along the lines of pet healthcare...For such big Animal Lovers? how do you let these poor animals sit in pain with their conditions and give them cheap medicine to just bandaid their sicknesses till some poor buyer comes along and has to find out the emotional and costly burden!!! You should be ashamed. To top all that off the never Laurie has to try to tell me what food i should feed them that they should feed them their product...that made me laugh and fortunately it was then i put her in her place about her knowledge of an animals diet... Well to those who are curious in purchasing from them, this is just some warning...

I purchased a beagle from Laurie some time ago and she had kennel cough. So, I had to fight her to get treatment for me beagle as well as the other 3 dogs I had at the time!!! My best friend went to Laurie (against my warning) to get a rottweiler, she got a rott but with a big GIANT white star on his chest. Purebred, I think not. DON'T PURCHASE ANIMALS FROM THIS BUSINESS!! It's like Forrest Gump...'you NEVER know whatcha gonna get'!

Last year I went to this pet store to buy a lhasa apso. Laurie told me she doesn't carry lhasas because they bite. She tried to sell me another dog - which I immediately couldn't stand. She has zero personality - and just wanted to make a sale - at a very high price. I went on-line & found a woman in Fontana that bred lhasas (around 3-4 liters a year). The woman drove to my house in Oxnard (as I'm not able to drive the freeway) with the lhasa (2 months old). I paid her very well for delivering the puppy to me & she charged me $550 for the puppy - who is the love of my life.

I can't believe the nasty reviews I've read about Laurie and her husband. I bought my Silky Terrier and Yorkie from her. My Silky and Yorkie are the best little guys I've ever had. My husband and I have had many dogs thru the years. I thought I'd never buy from a pet store, but after trying to get a dog from a rescue I went out and bought a puppy from Laurie. If we have a question I know I can always go in and ask Laurie. Laurie was very informative about her babies. Laurie does sell dogs, but they also work with rescues. They went to New Orleans and rescued dogs after Katrina. So come on give them a break! They love animals.

I would like to start out by saying some of you people that wrote reviews are extremely rude and unkind!! I gotta think what kind of person you must be to say the things that have been said. You should be embarrassed and ashamed!!!........................... Me and my boyfriend bought 3 Bostons from Laurie and her Husband Dennis. We have known Laurie and Dennis for around 5 years (since we bought our Bostons) I am shocked by the things that are being said in almost all the Reviews. We have never, never had a problem with our Dogs or being treated badly by ANYONE at APH. Laurie has been doing this for years and would never, ever knowingly sell an animal from there establishment hurt or ill. If any of you took the time to know Laurie and Dennis you would find out how involved they are in helping out with all the local shelters and rescues. They have rescued and placed a lot of animals that would otherwise have been euthanized. I have called Laurie many times with questions about our Bostons and have NEVER been talked to in any way but nice and helpful. I am sorry for all those who have had something happen badly with there puppy. That's very sad. I would like to say in All Pet Headquarters defense I know they would not sell an animal knowing it had a problem!! I would also like to make a comment to everybody who believes she knowingly sold them a puppy that was ill... As a business person do you actually think she would buy ill puppies to TRY to sell??? I mean come on!! I also would like to say to all of you that are writing reviews about getting a sick animal why didn't you notice it before you bought the animal. It must be that it was O.K. animals do develop sickness and diseases that are not always detectable right away. If anyone reading these reviews has a question about them being sick or have a disease then get the animal checked BEFORE YOU BUY. Like I said at the beginning we bought 3 puppies over a 5 year period of time that are doing great!! If I had more room I would Buy more from them!! We are in there store at least twice a month to visit and it is always a great experience. I hope that anyone who reads all the negative reviews can just go into the store and meet Everyone and form your own opinion. There our 2 sides to every story, as you will see when you meet Laurie and Dennis. I would and do recommend All Pet Headquarters to everyone!!

There our 2 sides to every story, as you will see when you meet Laurie and Dennis. I would and do recommend All Pet Headquarters to everyone!!

I purchased a Boston Terrier from All Pet Headquarters in December of 2007. Laurie and her husband seemed friendly and acted as though they cared about the health and welfare of their animals. Laurie assured me that she had inspected the facilities where she gets her puppies and that they are not puppy mills. My husband and I could not take the puppy home with us that day and came by over the next couple of days to visit her. She was isolated from the rest of the puppies which I thought was sad and I don't know how well she was cared for during that time. When the time came for us to bring her home we were overjoyed with our energetic new puppy. Only a few hours had passed when she developed a horrible rasping cough that continued through the night, it sounded as though she was trying to hack something up and I worried that it was a piece of chew I had given her earlier that day. Laurie provided me with her cell phone in case I had any issues with the puppy. I called her that night worried that my puppy was dying and she told me it was just stress, that she was adjusting to the new environment. Somehow we made it through the night and the hacking stopped only to be followed over the next 2 days by a runny nose and bloody stool. She was completely lethargic and wouldn't eat. I again called Laurie and she told me to bring her in, she looked at her and said I had a sick puppy, she told me to keep her nose clean and said to make her some chicken and rice to eat. Another day went by with no improvement so I decided to bring her in to Dr. Thomas. He told me not to listen to Laurie, that she is not a vet and has no business giving medical advice. He mentioned that she doesn't want to pay for the antibiotics so she tries to encourage clients not to seek medical attention. My puppy had to have 2 rounds of antibiotics which Laurie was charged for. I saw on the billing sheet that a lot of other patients were prescribed the same thing, so it seems more than one sick puppy has come out of that place. When puppies who come from all over the States are thrown in a pen together they share all sorts of germs and parasites. My puppy was diagnosed by Dr. Thomas as having an upper respiratory infection, basically a puppy cold. In addition she had intestinal parasites, giardia, which was causing the blood in the stool and has taken me over a year to cure. She has also been diagnosed with allergies and has serious skin irritation. She constantly itches and has sores on her ears and body and her eyes are often goopy and red. I love my dog and have taken great lengths to ensure she has a healthy diet and lots of love and affection. If I had to do it over again considering all the medical bills that I've incurred, it was over $300 just for the allergy testing, I would prefer going to a reputable breeder instead. I would not recommend purchasing any animals from All Pet Headquarters and I'm pretty sure the whole line from Laurie about inspecting her breeders is a load of crap. I feel terrible about contributing to puppy mills! I hope this review helps the next family to make an informed decision.

There newest mess at this place is there Doggie Day Care and over night kennel. Where no one stays with the animals. Do not board your animal at this place. I have been there and wonder where are all the stock items? Usually when you see a store without stock items you wonder if they have the money for there vendors. She does sell Puppy Mills Animals even though she says she does not. She is crazy and so is her husband. The poop next to Rite Aid should be cleaned up and the grooming say away from that part of the business. This place should be shut down, they treat there employees like crap and dog waste. There bird food is full of moths and they do not have anything. As for there small animals and reptiles my heart goes out to them

Leave Camarillo Laurie we don't need your smelly pet store here anymore. We all go to Pet Co and Petsmart at least they are clean when you walk into the place

Although it's difficult to be certain because there is no licensing system, All Pet Headquarters in Camarillo might be the only pet store in the county that sells puppies.

Jenks said it is. The others, she said, offer animals for adoption.

"The pet stores here are reputable," Jenks said. "These are people living in the community, and they aren't out making problems for us."

While All Pet Headquarters has been taken to small claims court by customers seeking reimbursements after purchasing sick puppies, the Better Business Bureau has given the business an "A" or "excellent" rating.

Hoffman had no comment about All Pet Headquarters.

All Pet Headquarters' owners, Dennis and Laurie Pickersgill, say they purchase puppies from breeders in the Midwest but are adamant that they don't come from puppy mills.

Laurie said she's visited her breeders to ensure they're reputable.

The Pickersgills' puppies aren't caged in the store. They romp freely in a large pen filled with newspaper, dog beds and toys.

The Pickersgills say they find it difficult to run a pet store because so many people come in with ideas that aren't always true.

"If they've got their mind made up," said Laurie, "nothing I say or do, nothing they see is going to make any difference. If they come in with an open mind, they're going to find that our puppies are well cared for, well socialized, and healthy and happy."

In anticipation of the changes in California law that will go into effect Jan. 1, 2009, the Pickersgills have purchased a 350-gallon tank of fresh water.

Dennis said disaster plans must be documented and the tank is on site "in case the infrastructure goes down." Most of the new requirements won't be burdensome, he said, because the store is in compliance.

"All these things we do," he said, "even without legislation because it was the right thing to do, so we've done it well for 20 years."

All Pet Headquarters is working with the nonprofit rescue group Concerned People for Animals, which makes rescued or abandoned dogs available for adoption at the store, 2530 E. Las Posas Road.

My sister has a rabbit. Lauri normally only cuts rabbits nails on the weekend. My sister had gone in two weekends in a row and Lauri "didn't have time." The rabbits nails had gotten so long that my sister decided to take her chances on a weekday and take the rabbit in. Lauri had rudely responded to her 'I normally only do this on the weekends but it will be seven dollars' my sister had to show her the money even before she cut the rabbits nails. After Lauri had given the rabbit back to my sister I noticed that Lauri had blood on her shirt that was not there before. There was no care in the process. DO NOT GO TO ALL PET HEADQUARTERS!

It's really unfortunate that so many people have had problems with the owner of this local store. I was reading the reviews and felt compelled to add my experience. The owner is VERY rude. I bought dog chews/ bones for my dogs. When I opened the package at home, I found worms on the bones. I called the store, more as a concerned customer, not angry. The owner pretty much accused me of lying and making it up. She completely denied that it could be true. I couldn't believe the way she treated me. It is because of her that I only go into that store when it is absolutely necessary. I strongly believe in supporting our local businesses, but because of Laurie's rude, condescending nature and lack of ethical standards, I go to Camarillo's Petco instead.

We purchased a little PEKE puppy from Lori who lived to be 16 years old! She was Healthy, Happy and Loved for 16 years of our lives. We just purchased another little PEKE baby from Lori, and we admire her knowledge, experience and caring personality. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to raise another wonderful puppy in our family from Lori. She has a lot of responsibility, so many people want to take small children into her store to touch, feel and play with the pets, it's a liability...children aren't as careful as they should be. We've noticed that Mothers and Caretakers do not carefully watch all of the children they bring into the store, and let them run wild. These puppies are babies, sometimes weighing only several pounds, they must be handled gently with the utmost care! Merry Christmas All Pet Headquarters, Lori & Staff, Thank You!Pati & Bill

I purchased a puppy last year from Lori at Pet Headquarters, and she is just fine. I live in Huntington Beach and this is my first dog to own. Lori gave me her home phone number and told me to call anytime, day or night. I only had to call once to ask a questions. I travel up to Camarillo once a month and I purchase all my supplies there. I also leave my dog at the Day Care Center for 2 to 3 days while I'm there onl business. When I pick her up she is so happy that she almost doesn't want to leave. I've stood and watched her play and interact with other dogs and she is just fine. I don't know what the problems were with the other owners who purchased from All Pets, but I can vouch that the facilities are clean, well taken care of, and that my puppy loves it there. Glenda Norris, A happy owner from All Pets Headquarters.

I'm sorry but "Tom E's" review below just makes me have to say this.

Many people had a horrible experience at this location and especially
with the owner, Laurie Pickersgill. You are skipping over the most
important issue, our "grudge" as you put it, with Laurie Pickersgill.
People have purchased animals there that were unhealthy, and in the
worst cases had actually DIED shortly after they brought them home. I
find it really hard to believe that you would have absolutely no
problem whatsoever if that were to happen to you personally. You
happen to be fortunate that you got to enjoy your family pet for 14
great years. (From the bottom of my heart, I am very grateful to hear
that) These animals actually died within a few days to a couple of
weeks after purchasing them from Laurie. They didn't die from freak
accidents or major injuries from a walk in the park... they were
diagnosed with major health issues by vets and specialists all over.
I'm sorry, but just like any other store, why doesn't she back her
animals up and take responsibility? All other businesses back their
products up, what makes her the exception?

I am speaking from personal experience with this store/owner.. not
from just reading other people's unfortunate experiences.

Laurie obviously does a great job selling puppies...she has been in business for quite sometime. Unfortunately we purchased a Giant Bread from her and our vet; after noticing the puppy having difficulty running (bunny hop;) ran a series of xrays and discovered our puppy had severe hip and shoulder displasia along with an inverted eyelid. When I approached Laurie she was very defensive and rude and suggested putting the dog to sleep and she would give us a new dog. Well, our children were already attached and would never hear of putting a dog to sleep. Our vet put the dog on glucosomine and years later he is still ALIVE and as well as can be expected. Our vet also says their office sees quite a few medical issues with the dogs that are sold from there. On the other hand, I have seen perfectly healthy dogs from All pet as well. I truly believe if Laurie was not such a rude woman she might fair a little better in situations such as ours and some of the other responses I have read ...Camarillo is a very small town and word gets around here pretty quick. Sooner or later it will catch up with her.

my husband and I have bought 2 boston puppies from here. both are healthy. i love the way they treat their dogs, no tiny glass boxes, they are able to all play together in a huge area and eat as they please. the owners are sweet honest people and their dogs are the best prices in town. we get great disc. on vet bills, we recieved free dog food and vitamins and a couple calls the first week we took them home to see how they were adjusting. we bought them 6 months apart and recieved great treament both times. its obvious these people are not about the money and i would not buy a puppy else where. you should go and check it out if you don't believe me!

I don't know where the grudge came from, but we bought the family dog there- Beagle named Darby.. He just passed away after 14 years. What a great dog he was and no complaints.

Maybe people don't know that animals can get sick? I'm just glad we still have ONE local pet store that's not a big box.

These complainers need to just stick with the Walmarts I guess. They aren't too good to go seek out a pet store for a dog, but they're just good enough to whine about it, lol.

Okay for someone who put that volunteers working in puppy pen are only 10-12 years old, you are wrong. You must be 12 years old to be in puppy pen. There is almost always a worker by the volunteers to make sure that nothing goes wrong. And yes, although Lori *sorry on incorrect spelling* is very protective of her animals and only wants the best for them. She is extremely opinionated, headstrong, and careful, often mistaken for someone who doesn't have the best in mind for her animals, however she makes sure they get pills and vitamins daily and any medical issues are taken care of immediately. Her dogs are all pure breeds or special breeds. Her cats are usually rescued strays, but sweet loves none the less. Although many of her animals are over priced they are extremely high quality and played with all the time. Thank you for reading my review. P.s I have volunteered there many times.

I purchased a male yorkie ($2K) from Laurie (All Pet Headquarters) about 1 year ago. Within 90 days, the puppy was limping on 1 leg. Soon, the puppy was favoring only the front legs and did front hand stands while urinating. The puppy was diagnosed with Legg Perthe's in BOTH hips; requiring two surgeries. I have read what people have said about Laurie and I have to say first, that Dr. Thomas (vet office attached) was honest about the diagnosis and second, that Laurie paid for ALL FEES without hesitiation associated with both surgeries. It has been a looonnnggg, unexpected road for us with our expensive and disabled puppy. Today, after 2 EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL surgeries by Dr. Thomas, my puppy walks, runs and plays normally with my 3 sons. He is part of our family. So, although the puppy was not a healthy puppy and very expensive, there was no way Laurie could have known this in advance. Likewise, I don't believe she intentionally wanted to sell an unhealthy puppy to my family. In the end, Laurie teamed with Dr. Thomas to provide our puppy with the surgeries he needed at no expense to us.

Everyone realizes that 99% of puppies at a puppy store come from a Puppy Mill, please do a internet search and learn about Puppy Mills.

There are GREAT breeders to adopt purebred dogs from, please take a look at this site to learn about how to know if you are getting a quality dog from a honest breeder:

I'm reading these reviews about Laurie and I can't believe what I'm reading. We've bought two dogs from her and they are fantastic. We did have one that was sick and she took him home and nursed him back to good health. I can go in there and ask her a question and she's always ready to help us out. Laurie does have a strong personality, which may come across as rude, but as far as her animals are concerned she is very loving towards them. She is also involved in animal rescues and after Katrina her husband went there to rescue abandoned animals. I swore I would never buy from a Pet Store, but after dealing with a rescue I would gladly pay good money for a puppy from Laurie.

This owner is a complete liar and all she wants is peoples money!!We bought a puppy from her for over $1,000 and it DIED! It was very sick only 4 days after we got it,we took it to 2 different vets twice, they both have agreed it had 2 bad parasites. We tried giving it the Dr. prescribed antibiotics, and it helped for one day, then just a few days later it was very sick again,we took it back, and the poor thing actually died! Then the owner argued that "her vets" checked it before and it was perfectly fine! Because our dog was just a puppy we never even let it outside until it was going to be old enough, and we dont own any other animals..where else would it have gotten sick!?All in all,we had him less than 2 weeks, and then he died, and that store has still not properly and fairly rectified the situation.

Despite the rude and nonchalant attitude of the owner, I really enjoy this pet store because everyone besides her goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. Please don't write this place off because of her! Just avoid her and ask other people for help.

This Lady "Laurie" is a total crazy lady, she tries to squeeze $ out of ppl who care alot about animals, while @ the same time abusing the living conditions and quality of care for the animals...A warning to those who care about animals, do background checks and review your animals medical history before adopting from this lady....

I bought a cat from here and two days after I brough the cat home I realized it had worms. They claimed they had check for those when I bought the cat. And when I took the cat into their vets office the wait was long and the vet was very fast and uncaring.

I like the people there because they are very friendly and they know what you are looking for. Like the other day i was looking for dog food and they knew what kind of food would be good for my dogs.

I like to take my daughter to look at pet puppies sometimes to All Pet Headquarters. They have the animals in a big pen where people can pick up and pet the puppies. They have children (10-12) helping out with the animals. We went in to take a look today and my daughter was holding a little puppy which was very active. She was sitting on a small bench and the puppy jumped off her lap. The owner yelled and said "Be careful, you'll break the puppies legs!!" Uhhhh...the puppy jumped less than a foot, and it was a fairly large puppy. It really upset my daughter who's 5. She was sad all the way home saying that she would never break a puppy's legs.

I think it's outrageous this woman breeding and selling dogs for over $1200 when there are so many dogs and puppies waiting for adoption. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WOMAN!!! Go to your local shelter.
